Helped an elderly lady move from public housing where everyone had a problem but her. She credited this product. I cleaned every square inch of the apartment, drawers and cabinets and there was no evidence of anything. Nothing. Bought this and some packets, threw under the crawl space of my house and so far so good. I had noticed mouse droppings and a few spiders. It's only been a couple of days but I think we're good! I'll keep you posted if there is any changes. Ok y'all, it's been a few more days and I'm feeling pretty good about this product. Haven't seen any evidence of anything I don't want to share space with. Also wanted to mention, although the label says pet friendly I've been informed that peppermint is very toxic to cats.     • Haven’t seen anymore mice
I had mice getting into my new Subaru forester (the cabin). I caught 3 in snap traps within a few weeks of each other. After buying this spray, each night when I get home, I spray all around the car (low to the ground). It takes about 20 seconds and 15 pumps of the spray. I haven’t caught one mouse inside the car yet (I still have 2 traps set at all times). Until I catch another mouse in the car, I’m giving this product my stamp of approval. ... show more

    • Getting rid of rodents
I have tried all of them. We have dogs so didn’t want any poison in the house. Strips worked a little but them I saw hairy footprints across them. They had no fear. Tried the pouches, they stood on them for height. So, I saw the spray. Sprayed everywhere. At first I still saw them, one even came up an jumped over me to get to the other side. Read the fine print, they will go just be patient. This irate their nose makes their fur smell for them and if they put their paw in their mouth, after walking in it they don’t like it. Now I’m waiting. They aren’t so bold. I continue to spray. Just one or two left.. praying for success. ... show more

    • UPDATE - It appears to work now when it had not before.
23/11/‘24. SHAKE THE PRODUCT WELL BEFORE USING. That appears to have made all the difference. In my first review I stated it didn’t work, BUT after shaking and spraying, it has kept the mice away. I have not seen any mice activity. I did put all bird seed bags in heavy duty contractor bags to add another layer of protection and I spray the exterior of the bags daily too. So far so good. Well, its "appeal" is that the scent will repel mice and rats. To me, the smell is barely noticeable! These rodents are going to have to have VERY good noses, because I do, and I can hardly smell it at al! I'm actually skeptical about what's in it. I gave it 3 stars because I don't know if it works or not, and the spray does come out of the bottle. ... show more

Sprayed in the areas that needed to be sprayed and have been reapplying. No more issues so far. The smell isn’t too bad either. You have to like the peppermint smell though. I think it is very bearable.

I bought this to spray inside my car and under the hood. I can’t deny it did help but those little critters were more than what was needed than the spray. I ended up having my car detailed to clean out heat and air conditioner filters (that was a disaster), anyplace these pest nested, even inside my Honda crv tire compartment. I mean they built a nest and lived like it was their home. The mess and odor was unreal, but once that was done I continued to use the spray to try and keep them out. It helped but just not enough, I continue to use what I have left to spray in areas I know they come in and it refreshes the rugs in my vehicle. ... show more
