Shipping was lightening fast! It does help to have an extra set of hands to put the seat together, I used zip ties as helpers. The directions are light but with so few parts, it's easy to assemble. The pad is good quality and a nice thickness. Overall a solid rocker and oh so very cozy!

I LOVE this chair. It is plenty large to curl up in and read. I was worried about the cushion being too thin based on other reviews, but it is fine! I also folder up a blanket and put it between the cushion and the chair for a little extra bottom padding. The cushion does not have a cover that you can unzip and wash, but I think it would hold up find in the washer. Overall, pretty great chair. It wasn’t super hard to put together, and would have been even easier if I had paid attention to the directions 😂. I think it took me maybe 30 minutes in total to put together by myself, though it would have probably taken longer if I only had the tools they send with it. The tools work just fine though. It feels pretty sturdy, and is pretty big. I’m 5’ 10” and I can curl up comfortably in it, which was one of my top concerns. The dog in the picture is a medium-large (50lbs or so) dog and he looks tiny in it. The *only* reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the cushion. The cushion is okay, it can be sat on short term and you won’t have problems. However, if you plan to sit and watch a movie or read a book you’re gonna need more padding. You can feel the bars through the cushion after sitting for a while, and while they don’t hurt they’re not super comfy. Again, overall a pretty good chair. Would definitely buy again. ... show more

I was disappointed at first with my purchase because the chair wouldn't come together and I thought Customer Service hadn't contacted me. Not true! They had been trying to contact me by email and the emails had been filtered to spam. I finally found one of these emails and it changed everything. I followed the help provided and the company provided me with the instructions I needed to successfully complete assembly of my beautiful, comfortable rocking chair. I had high hopes for this chair. It's fairly easy to assemble but it needs a headrest. It put my neck in a strange and uncomfortable position, the cushion wasn't cushioning anything. It's def not worth $200

Hesitant at first about buying the chair but very pleased. The chair is big enough to be cozy and comfortable without taking up an obnoxious amount of space. Construction was simple with following the directions. Definitely glad I made the purchase would recommend to others!

Took about an hour for 1 person to assemble - do not recommend attempting on your own. I had to prop it up with other furniture/pillows to get it at the right angle to connect the pieces. The instructions are images only and leave a lot of room for interpretation and/or putting something on backwards to try again. Once assembled, the cushion definitely lacks substance, and does not have ties to hold it in place. When you sit down, the cushion slides. I will have to get a second cushion to make the back comfier and ties to hold it in place. Not going to return, but there is probably a better chair out there for a similar price. ... show more

I love this chair so much that it comes inside during the winter so I can still use it. It’s comfy and looks great, what more can you ask for? I had no trouble assembling it and would buy another in a heartbeat!
