  • Great Grain Mill
So easy to use with a Ankarsrum Machine

  • Slow to run, but great results
We received the wrong product the first time, but we got it replaced and the real thing works great. I was able to make my own flour from dried bread, and it matches the texture of the store-bought one. Great accessory if you have an Ankarsrum Assintent.

  • It works but takes longer than I expected.
I don't have experience with grain mills as this is first one. I used twice for grinding wheat berries, and it takes longer than expected. I hope for what I paid it holds up. Update: 1-20-2021. It still works and I use more frequently now for Real Bread. Had over 2 yrs. now.

  • Love it! Life changing!
I love this mill. Yes, it does give a coarse texture because you are grinding the WHOLE GRAIN! If you want fine flour, run it through a flour sifter or sieve and you will be able to separate the bran. Then you will have the softest flour you can imagine. Or, just put the sifted bran in a blender and blast it on high speed until pulverized. The bran won't get as fine as the flour, so add it to a recipe that won't suffer from the addition. Spice cake or banana bread, yes. Angel Food cake, maybe not. Don't give up! ... show more
