As many, many posters here indicate, trying to use this company's exchange program to obtain a credit on your Amazon account is more than likely going to fail. I had been using this program for almost a year and received 1 credit out of a total of 6 or 7 times. If you enjoy being ripped off, then you should buy this product. If you do not enjoy being taken advantage of by a clearly fraudulent process, then consider that there are other companies that sell less expensive but just as good cylinders here on Amazon and through their website that uses a more legitimate exchange program (you return empty canisters in order for them to bill you and send new ones). The whole exchange credit scam is ripe for a class action lawsuit. It is too bad because if Sodastream could actually figure out how to make their exchange program actually work, it would be easy and convenient but as it is they have simply created a market for other sellers that do what they cannot - for a lower price and open themselves up for lawsuits and consumer complaints and investigations. ... show more

My bf bought me the machine & since then I've been using it & I made some pretty nice drinks. I just stop using it bc bf is now an ex so now I just don't use it. Quality can be as good as topo Chico if the water is cold enough. But to each their own 🤙
