Compared to our last and different grinder, this one was great, we used it to grind up venison and it worked like a charm. It is extremely powerful, quiet, and efficient. The cleaning was simple, as long as you don’t put it in the dishwasher and took minimal effort.

I’m making three-meat meatballs all day in this baby. It has a nice matte texture. It’s hums but it grinds. I’ve used it once and surprised on how nice and smooth everything went. Cleanup was pretty easy and I’m glad the parts are easily removed for a solid deep clean. This is a counter top appliance I never thought about owning but I’m glad I made the purchase. I was concerned with the negative reviews but my machine worked as expected. I made spanish sausage with salchichon about 50lb in all and it worked without a hiccup. Don't suggest you was it in dishwasher instead use hot water and dish soap to clean. Easy to use and worked great on first attempt.

Machine has plenty of power.. but I have noticed while cleaning, soaking the attachment s with bleach water and soap that the “stainless steel finish” is starting to Corrode.. this is disappointing as I have only used it three times.. other than that this package has everything you need to grind meat ,make sausages on a large or small scale.. ... show more
