Bought this heater mainly because it works with Alexa and has an app. Got the white one for my bathroom. I’M IN LOVE!!! I love that it looks modern and the white is perfect for white bathrooms/ rooms. I have a smart Dreo fan and the app isn’t as great as this one. Originally wanted a Dreo heater but their small smart heater was more expensive and became unavailable on Amazon and I didn’t like the aesthetic as much. The Govee app shows the temperature to the first decimal point (EX: 78.4). It’s auto mode allows you to pick what exact temp you want the room to stay at. Has 3 speeds and a fan. You can also schedule times for the heater to turn on every day of the week. It also has a safety lock that prevents anyone from touching the buttons in case kids or pets mess with it. It heats up FAST! Heats up my bathroom 10 degrees in about 5-7minutes. For a small heater it is quick and very effective! I do recommend not placing it directly behind things or placing items in front of it like the instructions say. It says to give the heater 3ft of space and I agree. Standing in front of the heater is about 2-3ft distance to where you don’t feel like you’re burning. Also has a little stand that pops out at the bottom so you can angle the heat upwards. I like almost everything about this heater. Easy to pair with wifi and Govee thermometer/hygrometer (buy separately). I am used to Govee app because of the thermometer/hygrometer so the app is no stranger to me. You can set up the target temperature, turn on time and turn off time. With the paired themometer, you will get more accurate and consistent temperature in the room. The form factor is perfect to place in different places. A fair warning like many said, the heater is hot on the front metal mesh so ensure your young kids do not accidentally touch that. ... show more

As far as the heater part, it does work well and produces decent heat. Definitely for small square footages. The Govee heater app controls was remarkably designed well. The MAJOR downside side is the built in Thermometer. I don't know where the thermostat is at but probably near the front top because the Thermometer heats up extremely quickly when the heater is on. Making this heater control room temperature to a specific temperature is Highly Unreliable. To fix the issue you MUST buy a hydrometer, which is another expense. My room is 132 Sq ft and this space heater is perfect for it. I turned it on the lowest setting and within minutes, the whole room is nice a warm. The fan setting is great too. The biggest win for me is that everything can be controlled by my phone. I already have other Govee products, so connecting this to the Govee app and Google Home app was very fast and easy. Simple setup, great output, 3 step power settings instead of the typical two is a plus. Onboard display is a little simplistic and lacks a temperature readout, but app control is excellent. I love how this heats up so quickly. We had temperatures in the low 30s last night. When I started this little heater up it showed that it was 58.6 degrees in my kitchen by the time I fed the dogs and started the coffee, (maybe 1/2 hours) it was up to 68.2 degrees. Don’t be fooled by the size! I thought I might need a bigger size for my office, but no! Small, extremely quiet and discreetly warms my entire office. Easy touch buttons, set your level of comfort and relax and enjoy. Nothing more to it. Love it!
