The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for an electric balance bike. This is the one! It will take my 5 and 7 year old all around town for easily 10 miles on a single charge! The 36 V system definitely is the best option! Compared to the other 24 V balance bike and electric bikes we own! The the braking system also works better with the electronic motor shut off! Compared to the braking on our other balance bikes. Has strong aluminum wheels rather than the hard plastic! The bike and its components are top notch. The company is even better! Their communication was quick and effective! The customer service was excellent! Skyler from Gotrax helped me when I had an issue with the bike! 6 months after purchase my kids friend used the bike and took a small crash. Everything still worked on it but there was a questionable spot on the frame where the motor attached. Due to safety, it was determined by the company that it should be replaced! Thankfully it was within their 1 yr warranty! They sent me a label to ship it back to them. (Didn’t cost me anything) Only had to find the right size box because I foolishly didn’t save the original. (Harder than you would think to find an appropriate size shipping box for bikes). Just days after I shipped the old bike, I received a completely new bike! I was amazed at the customer service and the companies willingness to stand behind their products and do the right thing for the customer! You just don’t find companies like this any longer! I usually get some kind of run around and unknown fees or long service return when dealing with a warranty issue! But not with this company! I highly recommend purchasing from gotrax!     • Lots of Fun E-bike for Kids
I bought this one for my 5 years old son to replace his previous old balance bike that was bought when he was 3 years old. This one came with a big well packed box. He was very excited when I opened the box, he pushed me to install it as fast as I can. When I open the box, I was surprised that it was almost fully assembled with no small parts to put together. So it was very easy to assemble, I put it all together about 10 minutes. Before I used it, I followed the instruction to charge the battery till the light was turning to green. It is safe and easy to operate, he was able to balance in no time at all. The seat can be adjustable to fit his height, at least I don’t have to worry it become small in next 3 years. It is well designed and sturdy build. The tires were smooth, the brake system works well. He tried it out in our nearby park, it was very attractive, and a lot of kids stared him and looks like very jealous and begging their parents to get one too. The only concern is if the battery can hold up well but so far no problem at all. Overall, we all like this fun electric balance bike and would recommend it. ... show more

    • my son loved this bike until it stopped working
my 5yr loved this bike speed was great as was the run time until it just stopped working 11 months in the company sent me a replacement bike under warranty which was great except the warranty bike had battery , motor and speed controller issues and than it just died like the first and when i told them this and said i needed a replacement that works they told me they could not give me another because my warranty was up now and that they could sent me some parts to try and fix the bike which they also never sent DO NO BUY ... show more

My son is four years old. He has been practicing riding this e-bike for a week now. He knows how to ride a bike so riding this e-bike is not a big switch for him. He is still learning how to control the speed though. He loves riding this bike. We could go for longer ride compare to his old bike. It is pretty easy to use even for kids. Bike is not that heavy, when my son falls down he pick it up no problem. Assembly was straightforward. All tools needed come with the bike, which is convenient. I got two for my 6-4 year old one works amazing but the other one worked for 2 days and started beeping and would no longer charge or drive. I called for to exchange and I have send in the bike wait to get refunded and purchase again instead of them just exchanging it. My boys love them they are very well made and do go pretty fast. The hold a good charge. Just wish we didn’t get a bad one and that the return wasn’t so complicated… ... show more

I had to take a moment and give a shout out to the Gotrax team, especially Honey from the Gotrax Support Team! My son fell while riding his bike and broke a part. I contacted Honey to help me find the replacement part so I could purchase and repair it myself... Much to my surprise, she kindly told me not to worry about it since its difficult to replace, and they would replace the whole bike! She made the process easy, she was in contact with me via email and explained the return process and what I needed to do. Honey made my experience pleasant. Based on my personal experience, I will be purchasing more from Gotrax, customer services seems to be lacking these days, thank you Gotrax for keeping it around. The bike came with most parts installed already, except the front wheel, handlebar and the saddle. All tools needed to assemble are included, and installation took no more than 10mins. The materials used feels really sturdy, with premium looking paint. As an electric bike, it's a lot heavier than a conventional balance bike. So the kid will likely feel more exhausting when riding with power-off. The accelaration is very smooth, and feel just right for kids, you might need something else if you want to take a drag racing though :P ... show more

I am very disappointed in this purchase. I bought it for my 6 yr olds bday. It does not charge anymore and it stopped working. This is a expensive item for it to last just a few months. Very disappointed! Would NOT recommend!
