I purchased one a few days ago. When we opened it and turned it on the right pedal and light did not function at all. Put in a replacement return and received the replacement today and the same thing. The right pedal and light are broken. Returning both and not buying another. Our youngest has a red hoverboard from this brand and it works great. It’s really disappointing. This is my oldest’s birthday gift and they are not cheap! ... show more

I bought the Gotrax QUESTPRO Hoverboard for my boyfriend, who's an avid snowboarder, thinking it might be a fun off-season activity. We've taken it for spins both inside the house and out in the garden a few times now. It's a blast! The hoverboard's LED lights and built-in music speaker add to the fun, making each ride feel like a mini adventure. However, it's not the easiest to control. Getting the hang of it definitely requires some patience and practice. We found it especially challenging to maneuver on uneven garden terrain, but it's super entertaining once you get it moving. It also turns out to be a decent workout—trying to stay balanced works your abs more than you might expect. While it's a lot of fun, I'd recommend new users take it slow and maybe practice in a safe, open space until they get comfortable. My kid had wanted a hoverboard for a long time, so we finally went for it. I appreciate the bigger tires and higher max load because it means I can join the fun too. The LED lights in the wheels have a cool, space-age look. I’ve only tried it on our backyard patio at low speed, and it’s smooth in every direction. If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. I ordered this as an upgrade for my son’s current hoverboard, as well as the cart with the suspension on the seat, as a birthday present. The first hoverboard came and right out of the box the right side just never powered on when the button was pressed. No lights and no balance to it. I contacted Amazon who promptly sent a replacement. This one came two days later and the left side was broken. The housing that covers the LEDs inside the wheel was broken off, the mirror like material inside the wheel that gives it the tunnel effect was shattered and the LEDs didn’t come on. My son never got to ride either one. I finally just cut my losses and asked for a refund. ... show more
