    • How to use zipper and close tent

I deleted my post and doing this one to help people. No introduction needed on Gorilla tent as it is top shelf but you can create problems.First my exhaust is a 4” can. You had best use a 8” exhaust. I have 8” and a 4” opposite. If you only have a 4” and turn up your fan you will stretch the threads and open seams. I learned the hard way with a different brand tent. Turned my fan on high and pulled the seams apart and lite the room up like the 4 th of July, lesson learned and I purchased a Gorilla. Now for closing tent up. This is one tight tent and that is good but you will cuss a little. With door open 1st close zippers HALF way on top. Here’s the catch, you must pull center ear out at say 20 degrees and then pull zipper toward it. 2nd, now do same on bottom but stop 6 inches from end to be able hook zippers together. Same on other side. Slide zippers together and go up a foot. Third, now back to top, pull ear out a little and zip to a foot from center. Fourth, pull center zipper up to top and then finish top zippers. This works well and saves your heavy dudy nylon zippers which are light tight, metal is not and leaks. You have to do it this way for sure if you have Gorilla’s extra horizontal side poles kit. They clip on and off and slide up and down IF you want. I overboard and have 3 sets in each tent and worth every penny and a lot more. They are sweet and I replaced my home made ones with them. Easy to slide and remove. Can you say sea of green or propping up. They make this a life long tent and I really needed with my 1 foot extensions. Make sure to install the extension before installing side pole kits or take off, don’t ask. ... show more

I was very excited to use my new Gorilla Grow Tent and enjoy the benefits of using a premium tent. However, on the first day of use, one of the zippers broke. It's a shame, as Gorilla always advertises the quality of their materials and their durable zippers compared to other brands. My previous tent cost one-third of what this tent did, and I never experienced problems with the zippers. I would not recommend it. ... show more
