We hired someone to assemble it so I can’t speak on that part but for the price I’d say it’s worth it! Backs are pretty uncomfortable so be sure to get throw pillows.

Make your life easier and try to assemble with at least one other person. Before connecting the backs or legs together, make sure the screw hole is fully uncovered and that the screw will go in properly. Don’t be scared to remove pieces of rattan that are covering the hole. That’s my only gripe; not every hole was a simple screw. Actually most took work, but they *do* work. The assembly is about as rough as the comments suggest. Most of this can be avoided by screwing ALL things in 75% first, and then going back and finishing. Also a tip that i have not seen in comments is to make sure there aren't any plastic bits in the screw holes!! I was frustrated when I couldn't get certain screws in but it was really just because plastic bits were in the way. Everything came in tact. The bench seems to be a two person job. I did it alone and it was not fun haha.. (25 y.o. man 6/10 handy) One screw hole did have a small mass of metal in the way of the hole which was a true defect and made me unable to put a screw in that section. I emailed customer service and heard back within hours. This is worth its weight in gold when buying off amazon in my opinion... They did not have the part i stock and offered my a $50 refund. I will have to do a little bit of work to remove that small piece of metal but seemed like a fair compromise to me. The set is nice looking and comfortable. I went for this set over the similar $180 ones on amazon because of the arm rest width and the arm rests on this are perfect! One chair has a slight unevenness in the legs creating a little wobble but you can just gorilla glue a small piece of something under the short leg. Only time will tell on quality. For the price and what you get, I think this is worth it. Know you will have a couple of headaches/back aches during set up but that makes the final product that much more rewarding!! ... show more

This set isn’t anything particularly fancy, but I have three boys so I wanted a decently nice looking patio set that wasn’t terribly expensive. I assembled it by myself in about a half hour. It was very simple, despite other reviews. The box had all the correct hardware. I followed the simple instructions and had no issues. We’ve been using the furniture for only a couple weeks, but so far it’s very comfortable and seems to be holding up well. We had a few storms with rain and high winds and had no problems with it being outside on an uncovered patio. My only complaint is that my son got a spot on one of the cushions so I took it off and washed it right away. It really didn’t wash well, so I ordered outdoor scotch guard to protect them from further damage. I applied three coats of it and let it dry completely. A few days later, it rained and things fell off the trees, which left green marks all over. I tried washing it off but it wouldn’t come off. So I’d recommend either getting new cushions for it or making sure you don’t leave them out in the rain. Update: I had contacted the seller in regards to the cushions and they made the situation right. Very good customer service. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised by this patio set. I bought it to help in the transformation of my patio during the pandemic so I could drink and pretend I was at an outside bar. The pieces are sturdy and look nice. I plan on replacing or covering the cushions as I have a toddler and two dogs that like to sit on them, so they are already stained and dirty, but I;m not too bothered as I knew that would happen when I bought the set. I didn't bother putting the glass top on the table because of the aforementioned toddler. It was somewhat easy to put together - I did it by myself in a couple of hours, although two people would make it much easier to get everything level faster. I did have some trouble getting everything level, the loveseat and table were a pain and they are still slightly uneven, but it's not noticeable and I only even remembered it because I am writing this review. One more thing I would like to mention - Amazon tracking showed that my package was lost in transit and the seller sent another out immediately and I received it in a few days.
