This Superfit treadmill is PERFECT. I love it so much and it serves the purpose of wanting to get my step goals in. It was very easy to set up and the machine is very quiet. I live in the desert so walking outside can sometimes not be an option when it is triple digits. This Superfit allows me to walk while I am watching tv. There is no reason for not getting my steps in. It has rollers so I can maneuver it by myself, but I would have to admit it is heavy. The only thing negative is that when you set the side bars up you can't fold the arm down. I wish I could keep the side bars and still be able to fold. Also like the other reviews, if you lose the remote there is no way to operate the treadmill manually. But overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this. When I walk on it, I feel stable and secure. There is enough walking pad space. ... show more

If you lose the remote, you can just use the app to control the treadmill. Also, is really heavy, which adds to the sturdiness, but is sometimes difficult to move because it weighs 70lb ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I already own a large high-end treadmill near my basement TV. But my spouse loves to watch TV in a cozier room. And it’s a bear to move upstairs. So I took the risk and bought one of these lower-end walking treadmills as an experiment. And I have to admit, I’ve been quite surprised by how much I like it. And it’s fairly loaded with features at the price point. Although it is designed for walking, it can speed up to a jog. I was afraid the running board length would be irritatingly short. But it’s actually perfect for a fast walk. It’s quiet too! Now, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone say, over 6 foot two inches, with size 13 feet :) as the track may not be long enough for your stride. I also wouldn’t recommend it for people who are over 250 lbs because, well… it’s still has a plastic shell. And the arm supports aren’t super sturdy. But I don’t think the average person would even need these features. I don’t think I’d ever throw big cash at a high end treadmill again knowing how functional something like this is. And other models in this price point didn’t even attempt to add similar features. It folds up and down super quickly. The phone holder works great. And the App is actually quite nice. (Great UX/UI design). You can compete against hundreds of others using the app at that same moment. My higher end treadmill doesn’t even have an app that’s as good. However, the remote does not come with a battery. (See pic) But, technically you only need the phone app with Bluetooth to work it. Someone mentioned that the remote is the only way to turn it on.     • Cheaply Made & The Customer Service is Terrible as Well

I bought this item back in December of 2022. It was a Christmas gift for my wife, and she loved it! For the first couple of months, it was working really well. Obviously, it deviated from one side to the other, no big deal. Around October of 2023 (LESS THAN A YEAR) it continued to deviate. I thought I had fixed it based on the instructions in the manual provided with the purchase. Nothing was working at this point, so I decided to message the customer service on here and let them know. You can only message them via Amazon Message Center. I informed them of the problem. At first, they claimed that I never bought this item but after going back and forth they finally found it. I was sent a random YouTube video. At this point the treadmill was unusable as it was severally deviated to the left side. Based on the youtube video and manual I tried to fix it. I got the belt right in the middle and it was running smoothly. I stepped on it and the belt completely stopped but you could hear the motor still trying to run. I quickly got off it. I lifted it up and started to unplug it when it made a loud popping sound and smoke came out. Weird. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it didn't work anymore. I immediately let customer service know. They basically told me too bad; the item is defective and that since it's now out of warranty there was nothing that could be done and offered 5% off my next purchase. That's it. Mind you my message from them that provided this info was at the start of January 2024. This thing lasted basically less than a year and for the price of almost $400 you think it would?
