My hair is naturally white. Unfortunately, I tend to get "yellow bits" in the front any time I go out in the sun, or for that matter - go out period. I have tried sooooooooo many conditioners along the way and none of them did much other than leave my hair with either blue or purple undertones...... Then this! It is fabulous! Just fabulous!. Yes it comes out of the bottle a bright color - but it did NOT leave it's mark with an undertone - other than to gently diminish the yellowing of my hair. I have used this for a month now (2 x week) and I no longer have the "yellow bits". I should also mention that I use the Goldwell Shampoo for Silver Hair also and that was a very welcome discovery too. The conditioner seems to work great and my first use made my hair feel great. However, the conditioner I received has a very chemical smell. It’s ok for me because I use scented heat protection sprays to style my hair which will cover up that chemical scent. Otherwise, the chemical scent can be off-putting. I have to put something that smells nice in my hair afterwards or else it would bother me all day. ... show more

I absolutely love this product and will continue to use it as long as I can find it. It's a five star rating in my opinion. I knocked off one star due to shipping. This is the second time this product has arrived with a loose cap. The first time product had actually leaked out of the bottle. This time nothing had leaked, but the cap was really loose. I suggest ensuring the caps are tight prior to shipping and packing tightly in an effort to minimize the possibility of the cap coming loose. Thank you. ... show more

Just bought this conditioner for my hair that was badly damaged from a stylist. It was fried, white and yellow. I went back to my usual stylist (never stray from a good stylist to save money again!) who toned my hair and gave me lowlights to break it up a little. Anyways, after all that money I decided I'd find a blonde conditioner online, as I already had a purple shampoo but it was so drying. The first thing I noticed when this arrived is how HUGE of a bottle it is!! I have short hair and this will last me like a year! Okay, I use a lot of conditioner but its seriously the biggest bottle of shampoo ive ever had. and it comes with a pump! LOVE THAT. I used this on my hair at it's most damaged point and was AMAZED at the way it made my hair feel, even in the shower. It didn't tint my hair purple at all, I kept it in there for a while. I purchased this and the shampoo to prevent my blonde highlights from becoming brassy. It has done just that-no yellowing or brassiness at all. Another bonus is the smell. It is amazing!

This product totally neutralizes any yellow tones in blonde, grey, platinum blonde hair. I think it's worth every penny. I've tried other 'purple' conditioners, but nothing works as well as Goldwell. I tried less expensive alternatives and was disappointed every time. Not with this brand! I didn't get the shampoo, because the conditioner does the job all by itself. ... show more
