I decided to buy this to help keep pet hair/dirty feet off of our duvet because putting duvet covers on and off is annoying. But one night our dog woke up and puked on the bed (a lot). This cover was amazing. No leaking through, but also the mess did not move around much like I would expect something waterproof to do. Then the ultimate test from our angry cat... upset that I brought home a stray and pooped on the bed in protest. Disgusting! But the cover was great, easy to clean up and throw in the washer. I really thought this pad was thicker than it was, very disappointing, it's very thin and doesn't seem to have any padding inside, if it does it's very little. I have an aggressive7 month old 80 LB puppy that chews on anything and everything, he rips blankets to shreds, everything in the house is off the counters 6 feet high. I was hoping for a dog blanket that was tough as nails but this ain't it. On the Up side it appears to be a great protector for furniture and I can tell it's well waterproofed. So if you go thru hell potty training ya new puppy wrap him up tight and roll him up next to you in bed!!! LOL ... show more
