There's a little false advertising going on here. No crystal ring, just that dull thud you get with glass. And, you can see the seams from the mold. That said, it is beautiful, and I love it. I will use it for every day without guilt, and feel very pampered.

These are beautiful- sturdy yet not too heavy. I can’t believe the quality of the pitchers and glasses at this price. I was concerned about them breaking in shipment but got them in perfect condition. Amazon could probably consider noting on the package that it is fragile- not sure how the mailman would have known. ... show more

This is a very pretty pitcher that I have not actually used it yet and it is currently only been for decoration but I have no doubt that making a nice pitcher of lemonade would be impressive to some guest on a hot summer day out on your balcony set.
