  • Very pleased

UPDATE: After 2 years and 2 months this cat tree has survived 8 cats and is only just now declining. The top portion is starting to lean, I'm guessing it's due to the cats completely destroying the support pillars. It's still usable but probably not for much longer lol. All of my cats are indoor only so they use the crap out of this, I'm super impressed at how well and how long this cat tree has held up. I will be ordering another one to replace this one during tax season a couple months away!!! This cat tree is awesome and I'm so glad I bought it. I have 7 cats of varying sizes (2.5 to 12 pounds) and there are many spots for them to choose from. I'd had 3 cat trees prior to this one, and this has replaced all of them!! It came in 2 boxes, arrived both at the same time. The instructions are fairly basic and take a little thinking to understand, but it's pretty straight forward. Once assembled it's sturdy enough for all of my cats, even when they're bolting straight for the top. The ONLY complaint I have is with the "floating" plank, it's one of the last pieces in the instructions - it's supposed to suspend via shoelace-style rope and some hooks. The hooks aren't sharp, but if they're screwed all the way in, the ends of the bolts stick out wherever the holes are (pictures are posted). I felt those ends could be problematic so I just opted out of that piece altogether which is fine because there are plenty of places for them to sit otherwise! My fur babies are so happy with this product and I'm happy too. So happy that I'm actually leaving a review, and I don't review anything lol. I recommend this tree, great investment!! ... show more

  • Three cats, 7-month review. BEST. SCRATCH POST. EVER.
Color: Beige
So we have three 1.5 year old cats. They love to play. This scathing post has been the best thing we've bought them, and is just fantastic all around. It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble (of course I had three supervisors, but none of them wanted to help). The instructions are what you'd get if Ikea and Lego got together. The tower is huge, with a wide variety of hidey-huts and holes. We didn't think they would use the stairs or the swing, but loe and behold, they use EVERYTHING. The stairs are great for climbing or tic-tac'ing off of, and the swing is great for a game of psyche out as they tease each other about which direction they might go. We have caught cats and dogs napping in the lower huts, and cats climbing through or over every tunnel, hut, and tower. Being as tall as it is, we pushed it up to our cabinets, and turned the top off the cabinet area into the cat feeding area (dogs can't get there, and the cats love the height). All three cats have deemed the top tower and food area to be a safe zone, and play stops abruptly when one of them makes a break for it. There are a few areas that are now torn or wearing down, but again, this is seven months after purchase and our three cats are very active players, and we also have dogs that play on the floor level too. While the carpeting fabric and rope wrappings are starting to fray, the sturdiness of the structure is still solid. No sign of weakening towers or platforms. Overall, this is a fantastic scratch tower, and when it's time comes, I definitely will buy again! Two pictures from the first month, one from today (7 months later). ... show more

  • Our cats absolutely love this behemoth
Color: Beige
The media could not be loaded. This is the biggest cat tower we've ever bought or built. It feels solid. The instructions were fairly image based. Not all parts were labeled/stickered, so I recommend doing a quick inventory and lay out all of the pieces in order of the materials list before beginning putting it together. I may also help to have a tape measurer available at first, oddly enough. Makes it easier to identify which pieces are which during inventory. Overall we had fun putting it together while the cats took advantage of the larger of the two boxes the pieces shipped in (two large boxes, the larger of the two is definitely a two-person-lift situation). If I had been lifting and assembling this alone, it would have felt like a far greater task as I'm not like.. hella strong or anything. Anyways - the cats basically live for this thing, now. One of them has claimed the top-most perch and tends to climb up the side of the tower rather than going up through the levels individually, so we've chosen to anchor it to the wall from the higher plank-type level. I kinda of doubt it would topple over - but it isn't worth the risk. This thing would be heavy enough to use up all 9 if it caught a cat on the way down. Also recommend anchoring this tower to a stud if you have children in your household. We highly recommend this cat tower! ... show more

  • My 3 cats love it
Very sturdy for all 3 of my cats to be on. They aren’t super large cats so not sure how it would hold up. All of my kitties are around 9-10 lbs. it’s super huge in person and lots of room to play. Just took a bit to put together. All the parts came with it and my cats are loving it. Worth the money to me ... show more

  • Best Cat Tree Ever!
All 3 of my cats love this. It is a mother and 2 of her teenaged kittens. The mother was a stray and knows how to climb well. One of the boys is bold and follows her lead, where the other one is a bit more timid. They immediately figured out how to climb the ladder and one of the boys ran across the swing, though it took working up his courage to try it. I have a feeling that it will soon get a bit crazy in there once they get confident with it and start to do zoomies and chase on it. Appears to be of very sturdy construction and was easy to assemble, though you have to pay a bit of attention, making sure to measure the unmarked parts and check the hole position in the platforms for correct orientation. ... show more
