I love the price. It arrived quickly. It is soft and appears sturdy. I would have given it a 5 but the directions for the “cabin” part were confusing and I had to take it apart and do it again because I assembled it wrong. Also a few of the screws would not screw all the way in, they wouldn’t “attach” right. It still seems safe so I just fortified it with duct tape just in case. In general I think cat trees are wildly overpriced, so when I saw this one I bought it immediately. I'm still of the same opinion, but the more you pay the better the quality in this case. I bought this cat tree when I adopted two kittens. It is advertised as a kitten tree so it felt perfect and perhaps something that could stay with them once they left kittenhood. While they love their tree, I am not a huge fan. The tree is extremely unsteady. I initially put a brick on the bottom to help negate this, but it did very little and did almost nothing the bigger the kitties grew. They have come scarily close to tipping it over multiple times, succeeding once when I was not in the room. Thankfully no one was hurt. The material on the tree is cheap. The scratching posts don't actually have rope material to scratch but fur, so when the kitties scratch they shed a bunch of the cat tree material on the floor and try to eat it. They have also ripped the bottom two scratching posts and I have been forced to take the tree apart so they don't continue to rip the material with their teeth and possibly ingest the glue. I guess you could say the tree served its purpose, but it was always a hassle and I encourage you to shell out more money if you are able. Arrived in timeframe I was given @ purchase. I was told 10 days arrived in 9. My 6 month old kitten loves it! I put a cat bed on highest shelf & he sleeps there. I used one for crates that had the stretch 4 corners rubber band type thing to secure it. That was $5 & it’s secure. It’s a very fun jungle gym but eventually it will wear out as there is no sisal. I looked at the pics & never caught that. I got lost putting it together when I was putting the kitten house together. (The two slim tubes go INSIDE the round house) I finally figured it out. I can’t deduct stars for the sisal. I should have paid attention. It looks good with my brown furniture. I think the directions need improvement as I did struggle a bit. I put a 52 inch up last week from same company & took me 15 mins. This one took 45 plus. Overall a good price & lovely cat tree. 4 stars! PS. Being dark brown it shows everything that’s not brown including orange cat hair. UPDATE: Holding up just fine now a week later. I really like the extra flat space this tree provides over most other trees 4 lounging. It DEFINITELY does show everything & must be vacuumed It should really be advertised as lounge tree as it’s only carpet & no sisal. Of course your cat may scratch it just as your cat scratches your couch. I’m going to put twine on one of the post or maybe more. It’s available here on Amazon . I would definitely still buy this for the price. My cat is not big on scratching & I already have another in the cat room with good scratching post. I still love the fact this blends with my furniture. I also bought the rectangle dog bed for crates in copper for the highest platform. It matches & now Junior sleeps up high. Make sure it has the straps underneath & it will stay in place. It’s the Midwest or maybe Amazon brand & it was on sale for $5. I definitely recommend buying that to go with this. I’ll add it to my photo’s & video. Update 3-20-23. Cats full grown. Very sturdy & cat uses it often but it still shows everything & sheds as bad as a cat but I would definitely still buy it! First off.. wipe down everything. Lots of loose carpet pieces. It was real easy to build. My cats wouldn't go near it for the first day, though there was a smell from the factory. Now they like it. The condo, my smallest cat barely fits inside. She's less than a year old. Kittens no problem. It's sturdy, even with a cat on the top platform. Overall it's a good buy at that price BTW kitty pictured is a kitten I picked up at McDonald's. She's being quarantined until she goes to the vet and this tree is wonderful to keep her entertained. ... show more

I recently purchased a cat tree tower and I am mostly satisfied with it. The tower is very sturdy and my cats absolutely love it. Considering the price I paid, it was definitely worth it, especially with the added benefit of free Prime shipping. However, the only downside is that the instructions were not very clear on how to install it properly. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions for an easier setup. This is a two-level cat tree. My cat likes to sit on top and watch the dog look for her. The scratching ramp is kind of short, and the posts aren’t covered with sisal like I thought they would be. She is shredding the velour- like covering.

Overall, its ok. I wish that the parts were labeled in accordance with the diagram so that it would facilitate putting it together. It's a little wobbly and I can not tighten the screws anymore or they will puncture through the carpet. It is definitely made for a smaller cat. I love everything about this cat tree except a couple things. It’s super lightweight, so it falls over when my cat jumps off the top. I had to put a rock on the bottom of it to keep it from toppling over. The directions to put it together aren’t very clear but I eventually got it put together correctly.
