I purchase this heater for my office in August of last year. It has not been a year and it has gone out already. The office is really cold and it is necessary for me to have something to stay warm. Only regret is not buying a heather that has digital temperature set ability … this one can be set but never really know what temp you are setting it at.

I've had one like it and used it for years and years under my desk at work. I gave it away to my neighbor cause he was cold all the time. Yes, I missed it and didn't think it was still available, low and behold Amazon had it. The only thing I don't like is; you cannot control the oscillating. My old one I could turn it on/off. This one you cannot if you just want direct heat on your feet, you have to wait for it to oscilate back towards you. ... show more

I had originally written a review that it stopped working after a few months, but when I went to test it and show them a video it started working again. I’m using it in a travel trailer so there may have been a power issue. Customer service responded quickly and it seemed to fix itself.
