We're in a rental house where the master bedroom is a garage converted. In the winter it gets very cold, so we bought this heater and it worked wonders. The Eco mode is awesome. After the first winter, we went to use it again this year on the first few cold nights and it no longer powered on. I reached out to support and they promptly sent a replacement (pictured). This heater showed up 3 days early and we plugged it in fixed the settings and its done nothing but give us a constant heat for our tiny home...if you dont have one of these and live in a space thats 150-400sq ft i would highly reccomend one of these heaters...GiveBest is by far in my opinion worth every penny and they are made in the USA!!!! On the positive side, these heaters are compact, quiet and put out a good amount of heat. If all you need is a heater that you'll control via remote control while you're in the room I can recommend it. The downside is that trying to control the temperature via the "precise" thermostat by using the phone app it's going to be a challenge. For instance, I have (2) independent thermostats in my room as I write this. It's 68 degrees on both. The heater's readout is 76. Wait, now it's 79. If the heater shuts down for a minute, the reading jumps meaning the heat won't come back on when it should. This isn't an isolated problem. I bought (2) of them. The other issue I have, and it's likely only me that has it, is that at night I like to use the fan setting for some white noise and to use the timer to switch to heat in the morning. The app isn't sophisticated enough to do this, you can only program a time to turn the fan off. ... show more

I love this heater. It might look small, but it is very effective at heating a large room. Its remote control extends across our large bedroom. It hangs on the wall but only sticks out a little, so you won't bump into it. The dial on the heater is easy to read, and I love that it will regulate the temperature in our bedroom to keep it cozy.
