I recently had the opportunity to use the Giraffe Tools Pressure Washer, and while the idea behind the product is fantastic and it performed admirably for the first few days, my overall experience has been less than ideal. Here's a breakdown of my journey with this product: Customer Service: On a positive note, I must commend the customer service team at Giraffe Tools. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and prompt in their communication. Every interaction with them was a breeze, which is a rarity in today's market. Replacement Process: When issues arose with my pressure washer, the replacement process was impressively smooth. The team facilitated the replacements without any hassle, which was a relief during a frustrating situation. Product Performance and Durability: Initially, the pressure washer worked great. The concept is brilliant, and it's evident that when the product works as intended, it can be a valuable tool. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I received three units in total, and all of them failed in different ways, which was both disappointing and concerning. The first unit's hose broke after just a couple of weeks. The second one ceased working entirely after a few days, and the third one started leaking internally, also after just a few days. It's important to note that I didn't subject the pressure washer to heavy use or anything beyond normal tasks. The recurring issues with each unit suggest there might be underlying design or manufacturing problems that need to be addressed. Final Thoughts: The idea of this Pressure Washer is excellent, and when it works, it's a fantastic tool. However, based on my experience with multiple units failing in various ways, it seems there might be reliability issues with the current version of this product. While the customer service is top-notch and the replacement process is straightforward, the primary purpose of a product is to work reliably, which, unfortunately, was not my experience. For potential buyers, I'd say proceed with caution. The concept and initial performance are promising, but the longevity and reliability seem to be significant concerns. I bought this pressure to wash my cars, motorcycle, and boat. For that purpose it will be great. However if your planning to use with for a lot of heavy jobs this pressure washer doesn't have the umph behind it to get a lot of big jobs done. It is a little on the loud side as well. Overall if washing cars it's a good unit for anything else it's a little under powered. ... show more

It’s a great pressure washer, about 20 minutes to setup. Make sure to tighten fittings all the way, as it builds pressure water will find the path of least resistance. Working perfectly, no issues. Is it the most powerful pressure washer out there? No. But for around the house it’s absolutely perfect to washer outdoor walkways, furniture and cars. The retractable hose is super strong and fast. First one purchased lasted 4 months and the motor started smelling hot and tripping off after 5 minutes, then died completely. Contacted manufacture and they were great, sent me another unit. Installed it this spring and it didn’t last through the summer. Made noise then started leaking. Took the cover off and found the pressure switch broke at the manifold. This time customer service said it was out of warrantee. I could get parts but they were on back order, wonder why! Great product if it only would last more than months. Convenient with the reel and all. But won’t last. ... show more

I mounted this pressure washer to the fence in the front of my house. Absolutely one of my best investments. This makes cleaning light surface dirt on the house and cars quick and a breeze. Everything is set up and can pull out and retract in seconds. I keep a suds cannon ready to go behind it at all times for fast washing of cars. I was able to wash the entire car in about 5 minutes with putting up the hose. The pressure does seem a little light. I am using the 15º tip to get more force. I do have plenty of water gpm coming into the system. ... show more

    • Water inlet hose crimps are bad
I was really excited about getting this unit I mounted it to the wall as soon as it showed up and hooked up water after purging the air and turning it on I immediately had a leak from inside the machine the gear head in me couldn’t just leave it alone and send it back so I opened it up and found the crimps on the inlet hose were leaking cut the hose off on both ends and used heavy duty hose clamps instead of the factory brass crimps this seems to have solved the issue the power washer isn’t crazy powerful but is prefect for cars and motorcycles ... show more
