This review is for Giraffe Tools top of the line “PRO” model. I already have Giraffe Tools “Plus+” model that is one step below the PRO. Following are the specification differences between the PRO and the Plus+: PRO Power – 1800W induction motor Metal Spring – 8000 cycles lifetime – If the hose was extended and retracted once every week, the hose reel spring would last 154 years. Noise - 70-80 DB Max PSI - 3300 Max GPM - 1.6 Rated PSI - 2500 Rated GPM – 1.1 Plus+ Power – 1800W brush motor Metal Spring – 3000 cycles lifetime – If the hose was extended and retracted once every week, the hose reel spring would last 58 years. Noise - 90-93 DB Max PSI - 2400 Max GPM – 2.0 Rated PSI - 2050 Rated GPM – 1.1 The “Metal Spring” is what is used to automatically rewind the hose reel. “Max PSI and GPM” are measurements of the maximum the pressure washer produces for an instant. By knowing the max, this gives you an idea of the potential risk of property damage or personal injury. “Rated PSI and GPM” are what are produced during use. It is difficult to compare different sellers PSI and GPM as there is not a universal measurement method or certifying agency. I have been pressure washing for the past 20-25 years. This electric wall-mounted unit eliminates the setup and shutdown/storage associated with gasoline and portable electric pressure washers. The only steps needed are to turn on the water and switch on the power. The unit is connected to water and electricity 24/7. Now, anything I want to clean, I do it with no overhead discouraging me! The 100 ft. long hose reaches anywhere I need. It is flexible which prevents kinks and twisting of the spray gun. The hose easily unwinds from the reel and reliably locks at the length desired. It automatically rewinds neatly. The 6 ft. lead-in hose has a screen filter and large FEMALE hexagonal connectors on BOTH ENDS that are easy to grip by hand and tighten. If leaking, a wrench can be used for slight tightening. If the lead-in hose is not long enough so a garden hose is substituted, the garden hose has a male connector at one end. The pressure washer also has a male connector. To connect the male garden hose to the male pressure washer connector requires a Female-to-Female adaptor. I like the convenience of the nozzles being stored on the lance. With other pressure washers, the nozzles are stored on the unit which is inconvenient to walk back to the unit every time you want to switch nozzles. Two cons regarding this unit involve mounting the unit on a wall: 1. The plate that mounts to the wall is 6 ½” wide and 8” tall which works fine for an exterior brick wall. I think the plate should be wide enough to span wall studs for indoor mounting. The unit is wide enough where a plate this wide would not be visible once the washer is mounted. Mounting fasteners are included. 2. If mounted to an exterior wall, the unit should have a mechanism to lock the unit to the mount. Currently the mount is shallow and there are no holes or slots in the pressure washer that can be used to route a steel braided cable and lock, etc. The unit has recessed side handles making it easy to transport, install or remove from the wall mount. While the included foam cannon sprays a thick foam that adheres well, the bottle design is lacking. This is probably a non-issue because anyone that would purchase this pressure washer probably already owns a full-size cannon. Pouring soap concentrates into the narrow ¾” opening without spilling is difficult. The bottle is opaque white making it difficult to see the level of the contents. The bottle has no measurement markings on the outside to assist with diluting concentrates. This pressure washer has very clean lines. The outer panels are curved or flat with only openings for the following. A garden hose connection on the left side. Power switch on the right side. The front only has the hose reel visible and the tops of the wand and foam cannon in their holders. There is also a clean lines optional nylon cover available that prevents discoloration and deterioration of the plastic if exposed long-term to the sun. The cover has a Velcro opening for the lead-in hose. The cannon and wand can also be left in place. A nozzle clog removal wire tool is included. While the wire tool is strong, it is too wide to pass through nozzle openings. It can only be used from the backside to attempt to remove blockages The manual is bound with staples, well-written, complete, has color pictures and is also downloadable from GiraffeTools.com. Videos are available on social media. There is a 2-year warranty against defects in parts and materials. The on-line registration at GiraffeTools.com includes invoice storage for convenience. I don't have a water supply line run to my garage yet, but in the meantime I have a rolling utility cart to rest it on. The connections were all good with a small drip coming from the water inlet to garden hose area. A little Teflon tape or tightening with a wrench may have fixed this. I was expecting a brushless motor to be much quieter, but it's about the same level of noise level as my 1800 psi 1.2 GPM Ryobi Electric Pressure Washer. For having 3300 PSI and 1.6GPM being about the same noise level is still pretty impressive. The motor only kicks on when you pull the trigger and is very easy to toggle on and off with a switch on the side. I did notice something odd. Whenever I stopped using the pressure washer gun and turned off the pressure washer the pressure would build up and would explode out the end of the gun once I pulled the trigger. I'm not sure if this is normal or just because of the higher PSI of the unit. The 100FT cord was more than enough to reach my entire driveway to wash my car. I think I only used about 25FT at most. It's really convenient for washing the exterior of my home as well. Overall I'm happy with the purchase but believe the price is higher than other similar units I've seen. ... show more

I have not mounted this pressure washer yet. But i have used it to clean the concrete stairs and sidewalk from my driveway to my porch. Also used it to clean the patio before setting ahot tub. I am very impressed since it is electric. It was difficult to to screw my water hose into the hose on the washer. As was to screw the Trigger/wand/handle thing onto the hose. Both felt like the threads didnt match up. But other than that. It is great. I also love how easy it is to lightly tug the hose and it retracts back and self winds. ... show more

This is a great pressure washer. Pretty easy to install. Is fairly quiet for the amount of power it has. Love that the hose retracts back into the unit. It's cleaning ability is absolutely awsome.

I love this thing so much and I’ve had one before and so this will be my second one and I think they’re well worth the money. If you wash your own vehicle at all and plan on washing your own vechicle more than 4 or 5 times a month. This is a very good tool to have. Comes to a really long hose that works really well and you’re not gonna get hardly any of any issues out of. The number one gripe and complain about these are they are electric and with electric things you have to understand that you’re not gonna get huge amount of PSI out of them they just are not equipped to be nearly as strong as concrete cutting gas power washers. However, this hangs up been on the wall very nice and need all rolls up nice and neat. It’s always easy access easy to get easy to pull out Ponio cord to use and have and it works very well for washing vehicles washing off your patio power washing items that you don’t want to destroy and making sure you don’t destroy them . Love this thing and would highly recommend it for anyone. ... show more

Its heavy so installation takes some effort but once you get it installed its great. It rolls up easy to stay out of the way and it maintains pressure well for cleaning my lawn mowers.
