The plates are pretty, but unfortunately one of the dinner plates came out chipped and I was hoping to get it replaced. I contacted the company that make the plates and they said to "contact the original place of purchase for resolution". Since I ordered it from amazon, there is no option to get the one plate replaced, I would have to send the whole set back to get the whole refund. I didn't want any money back, I just wanted to get the one plate replaced and I couldn't do that. It was disappointing, but the plates do look nice. ... show more
