I contacted Gibson customer service & spoke with Evelyn. She told me to send an email along with a few pictures of the damaged plate. The very next day she responded & said the warehouse team will process my request. The following day she emailed me with the FedEx tracking #. The new dinner plate arrived today & it is perfect. They came by USPS, boxed inside a box and taped all around. Very secure shipment. Everything came in box ha! The plates were lined with more cardboard. I bought two sets of these for my parents. It is just the two of them using this set. My mom only washes her dishes by hand, no dishwasher. A month after purchasing the set. The mugs started to come apart from the handles. As of today, they only have 2 out of 16 mugs that have handles. I feel so bad that they have to deal with such a crappy product. If I could, I would return it in a heartbeat. DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more

Well I like the feel and weight of these dishes but the colors are pretty sloppy. Each dish is different with the colors. They look cheap but do not feel that way. Wish they would have paid a little more attention to the colors.
