These dishes are just stunning - I think I actually gasped a little when I took one out of the box - they even more beautiful in person. They are definitely sturdy/heavy, so I will have to be very careful handling them if they are wet, but they are extremely high quality. I also love how the bowls are a bit curvy here and there - the only ones as a matter of fact that are like that out of all of the options which is why I chose them. I ordered this set for my everyday dishes. These dishes are really pretty! I ordered 2 sets. I received them one week ago. I unboxed, and hand washed each piece very carefully, and inspected each piece. They all looked good except for this one bowl. I now worry that the bottom material is NOT durable. The bottom is rough… not glazed. I wanted to do a complete review until I tried them out in the microwave. I put one bowl in the microwave, and it did well, so far. They are sturdy when sitting on the table and cutting. I saw a review that maybe they weren’t. When stacked, they don’t nest as well as I would like, but that is something I can get over. Like I said, I have only had them a week with very limited use ( I tend to use paper plates more, if I am being honest.) So far I like them, but will treat them like a baby, since I am worried about chipping the bottom. ... show more
