I wanted to experiment with these woodier man-cave-y smells, but wasn't sure which one I'd like the most. This variety pack makes for a good sampler. Just for clarification, I use a mist diffuser in a 1-bed apartment living room, and these scents work great in this space. The leather doesn't have much of a flavor per-se, but is surprisingly accurate. I like to mix leather with any of the other oils to give them a little more presence, which especially helps with Cedar due to it being a bit harder to notice. That being said, be careful with the sweet tobacco, I didn't think it was possible to overdo a diffused essential oil, but it definitely is with the sweet tobacco. It smells good, it's just overbearingly sweet. Mixing just a few drops of it with the leather had me cracking open some windows. These oils do great to make my apartment smell less like an apartment. I’m a woman, and I love these scents!! Especially the Teakwood, it’s my favorite and I even rub a little on my wrist so I can smell it all day lol. This set helped my to realize that I love the smell of teakwood! But the leather one smells just like fancy leather, the sweet tobacco one smells amazing too along with the cedar one! There were only two I wasn’t a personal fan of & don’t use as much and that was the sandalwood and the bay rum. The bay rum doesn’t smell bad when you smell it in the bottle but for some reason anytime I’ve used either of these two scents in my diffuser, it ends up smelling a bit like baby powder lol. That could just be me and my personal taste in smells, but I don’t use those two. But the others are great! ... show more

First, Sweet Tobacco is just lovely. Easily the standout of the set. Leather smells... not for me. Cedar is rather less good than I hoped but seems solid. Leather is the only one I never see myself using. Rest are nice. Bay Rum in particular. Teakwood smells rather nautical. Do note that these oils require more than some other brands. If I were to buy again, I'd probably just buy Sweet Tobacco and Bay Rum - and a lot of it. But that's me. I already had had Sandalwood, for example, and if I didn't, then this would be a better value. But always nice to have a good variety. Just too bad about Leather. If Leather is replaced by the company, I suggest Vetiver. It would fit in nicely with this set, and one can't go wrong with it. ... show more

Each and every oil in this kit smells true to it's name with no hint of "fake" or "artificial" aspects. Leather really smells like leather! Amazing!

It's worth the wait...Nope, not at all! Delivery time was painfully long so it must have come from China or somewhere else. But that's not my biggest gripe about the scents. As the title says two out of six. I have not had another essential oil in those scent categories but I know I don't like the majority from first, second, or third smell. The only two that are top of the list are the sweet tobacco and the sandalwood a close second. 1st point they are strong so tread carefully when using or applying. I know better when it comes to oils so be very moderate until you achieve the desired levels. I did stumble on a fun scent combo by combining sweet tobacco and sandalwood and it was interestingly pleasant. I will play around with the other scents to see if any are worth keeping. The next best two scents are bay rum and teakwood. The leather and cedar are pungent and the cedar does not have that pleasant cedar smell that I have grown to love. I just want to return the whole batch but I think the effort to return it is not even worth the time. I'm going to see if they are salvageable or if they grow on me. If my opinion changes about any of the scents I will surely update my review good or bad. ... show more

These fragrances are amazing. I made candles for Christmas gifts, using each fragrance in the set. The compliments were never-ending.
