This is a well sold, packaged, and pure set of popular scents. I've never been keen to cologne, sprays, etc...typical guy stuff. I prefer oils for skin application and have always received compliments on my scent from different people everywhere I go. They work more off of your body heat and can be as strong or weak as you like. Having a box of 20 different scents enables me to have a different scent every day for whichever event or get-together i go to, big or small, religious or bar, family or friends. Wearing something different each day makes it so your sense of smell doesn't completely get used to one thing, causing you to unknowingly put too much on and gag everyone around you; you can keep it subtle so you enjoy it yourself, and others pick up notes instead of a wall of scent. How i use it: After a shower, use your prefered carrier oil (Mine is a pure, unscented coconut based oil) and put about half or full TEAspoon in your cupped palm. Drop 3-4 drops of whichever scent you prefer that day and use a finger to mix. Quickly spread in your hands and over your entire body. I also remove the small amount of what's on my palms to run through my wet hair. There will be no oily feeling left on your hands after a few minutes of drying/absorbing. I don't use any alcohol. If gifting, it's smart to include a small bottle of carrier oil with the gift so it can be used right away. It's not recommended to put pure essential oils as these directly on your skin without a carrier. The only thing I don't like, is something that mostly cannot be helped and cannot be blamed on manufacturer necessarily: When you first open the box, you do smell some oils from the sealed bottles. They don't leak at all, but a good seal shouldn't allow any scent to escape a fragrance. These are oils however, so scent can tend to be emitted. Store the small bottles upright, and not on their sides. Do not shake the bottles to get drops out from the bottle under-cap piece. Instead, tilt the bottle at an angle over your palm and roll it with your fingers until the drops start to slowly come out. They will not suddenly spill, and the dropper cap is very snug to a point it takes effort to remove it if you want a completely open bottle. I was asked to review this essential oil set and its delivery, but I did not receive it for free. I paid the full price with my own money. This is my honest review. This essential oil set is a good deal if you want more than about 3 or 4 of the scents it contains. My primary goal was to make a decongestant and sinus pain reliever out of camphor, eucalyptus, and peppermint essential oil. I had to buy the camphor separately, but that is 2 scents from the set that I already needed. In addition, frankincense, jasmine, and sandalwood are some of my favorite scents. That is 3 more scents that I would have bought anyway, for a total of 5. So buying this essential oil set saved me money. I also like the majority of other scents that I effectively received 'for free' from this perspective. All the scents are correct except for rosemary. This rosemary essential oil has strong skunky or sulfurous notes that I do not detect in real rosemary. Real rosemary tends to have strong pine, eucalyptus, verbena, camphor, and lemon notes and is a clean scent that I am very fond of, especially when combined with sage. It could be that my rosemary sample was extracted from some variety of rosemary that I am unfamiliar with or was mismanufactured. In any case, I was very disappointed with this scent. All the scents are strong except for cedar. My cedar sample smells like it should, but it requires 2 or 3 drops per 100ml, instead of the usual 1 drop, to have an acceptable strength. My shipment arrived early with no problems. The box is very sturdy. It feels like it is made of thin wood or very hard cardboard. The lid has magnets in it and a small ribbon to pull to easily (re)open it without damaging it. The interior is lined with dense foam that protects the glass bottles. It could be reused if you continue to buy the semi-standard small bottles of essential oil. A brief skimming of the Internet for this company revealed nothing disreputable. I found no evidence of them exploiting customers with multilevel marketing schemes or fanciful claims of cures for life-threatening ailments, unlike some essential oil companies. I like this product but the smell doesn't last no longer than about 45 minutes. I think that for the cost the fragrance should last longer, and it would if the contents of each bottle was more potent. Will I purchase again?; I may after I try a few more brands. Good product, just not strong enough.
