Installation went okay; the included instructions could've been better and there was no video for the 4000e at the URL on the box. That said, I did figure it out (the weird rubber nuts that go in the toilet bolt holes- put them in through the top, squishing the bulb until it all fits through the bolt hole and rests on its flange). I also had to run to the hardware store for a longer supply line to connect the seat to the T connector (it's a normal 1/2" to 1/2" toilet supply) but other than that all went well. The water gets warm, seat gets warm, and dryer gets warm. We'll see how it holds up over time but it feels like it will last about as well as the various other cheaper bidet products I've tried over the past 10 years. ... show more

It works well. And the features are nice. Three heats for seat, water, and air. The fit is a bit snug. I’m not used to a toilet that hugs as much as this one. The water pressure is just sufficient. But overall I’m very pleased with the water heating and seat heating. It will be much appreciated during the winter. ... show more

Pros: Remote is intuitive. Water flow is more than adequate - the highest setting is a little rough so it is more than enough for me. Seat heat, soft close, and night light are nice. Easy install - took me about 10 minutes. Helpful tips: It is going to look off-center from the back because I think they want to allow space to reach the flush handle, but the alignment of the front of the bidet is what matters. This is a high wattage appliance, so you need a dedicated GFCI circuit or else you might end up with flickering lights or throw a breaker when you are operating it. I haven't had time to install a dedicated circuit yet so I am just putting up with the minor inconvenience of a flickering bathroom fan light while I use the bidet. Cons: A little hard to reach the flusher due to the size of the unit. Seat has to be pushed back twice and with some authority to stay raised. I'm not sure if it is magnetic or that double push is a built in feature but it is annoying when you are a dude who just want to pee. Dry feature isn't very powerful as others have mentioned. Personally, I dry with TP so this isn't a big deal. Overall: Great bang for buck compared to other units. I have seen bidets that have the same features for double the price. I have had a few electric Bidet seats and this one (EB-3000e) lasted the longest. The seat worked great for almost 3 years and then the water nozzle stopped coming out. To be completely honest we have hard water, so that may be playing a part in the issue. My earlier seats lasted from 1 - 1.5 years, so the EB-3000e has been a marked improvement. I would really like it if the seats would last at least 5 years though given their cost and the inconvenience of the installation. ... show more

This Genie Bidet toilet seat is great. I love a warm toilet seat on a cold morning! I got the EB-3000e -- it's electric with remote control, heated seat and has full washing and drying functions. It also has buttons on the right side if you don't want to use the remote. This is the second one like this I've bought. The first one was in 2020 when there was hardly any TP in the stores. That first one has been working great for over 3 years now. This time I was just looking for a heated toilet seat for our second bathroom, but they are almost as much as a bidet toilet seat so I decided to spend just a little more and get a full bidet toilet seat again. Also, my daughter and son-in-law decided a couple of years ago to get a bidet toilet seat -- I told them about our Genie Bidet and so they got one too. They have also been really happy with theirs. I really like this company because 1) their stuff is high quality, 2) they send all the parts you'll need PLUS a few extra washers and fittings just in case, and 3) with my first one I contacted Genie Bidet customer support with a question and they answered right away and were extremely helpful. Keep in mind that you will need an electric outlet nearby that's either GFCI or else connected to one. If you're handy, you can put one in yourself, or else you'll have to have an electrician do it. ... show more

This is the first attempt at a heated unit. I have installed several non-heated units and have been satisfied with their performance and in FL the heater was not important to this point. My wife insisted on heat so here we go. Installation was easy. Features and controls were very easy to use. Unfortunately, pressure was way down to the point it was useless. I checked line pressure, which was good, and some other suggestions but couldn't get it up. Additionally, the aim of the spray was off to one side and could not be adjusted. Amazing design and customization of settings! Remote is brilliant and comfortable to hold. Rinse stream pressure is a little... intense, so you may want to reduce it with the flow valve.
