plantar fasciitis effects the heel (more frequently) and the arch (mid foot, less frequently than heel). these inserts do not provide any support to the arch, and there is very little comfort for the heel. these are purely heel lifts for someone interested in adding a small amount of height while wearing shoes. LOL after wearing the inserts in 2 different pairs of shoes, they actually made my calves sore, instead of providing any comfort. do NOT recommend unless you want a very small height adjustment ... show more

Wonderful for pain relief as well as arch support. They adhere to your shoes so they do not shift. I found these to be excellent quality and very reasonably priced. I will buy them again for other shoes.

all it did wass give you a little heaght from lifting your heal up. It was barely squishy and all so it did nothing for support or comfort. I tried wearing them but they also don't really stick to the inside of your shoe so they just move down over the course of the day. I wanted them for foot pain from just standing for hours at a time, but it did nothing and was a waste. ... show more

I've tried these in several different style of shoes (flats, boots, heels) and have been happy with how well they stayed in place and how much better my heel pain feels when I have them in the shoes vs. when I don't. Especially happy that they fit in my heels/ "nicer" shoes, as those are the ones that really kill my feet usually.
