This is the best scale I have owned by far! First of all - it’s accurate. Last doctor visit I weighed only 1lb difference between the doctors and the scale - which I assume is because of clothing. Normally I’m used to having a 5 to even 10 lb variance between the doctor and home. The scale is sleek and modern looking, and recharges easily on a USB-C charger. The app is extrmely easy to use, and getting into a habit of weighing yourself twice a day really helps track weight fluctuations and trends, and directly see how eating and exercise habits effect your weight on a day to day basis. Since buying this scale, I’ve lost 15lbs and am almost consistently in a non-overweight BMI which feels amazing to see everyday. The body fat % and muscle mass features are nice to see as well, and I love to constantly praying BMR - preventing issues I’ve had in the past where my calorie goal stays the same even though I lose weight and burn less via BMR, slowing my weight loss progress. I also enjoy that it can connect to multiple profiles and multiple apps, so both my husband and I can both track our weight.
