Setting up the app was a piece of cake. It connects quickly & seamlessly to record my weight and other measurements. I haven’t really looked too much into all the other measurements it gives, I take those with a grain of salt. My main concern is my weight and BMI which seems accurate. This is the most high-tech scale I’ve ever had. It works great I haven’t had any problems basically reads everything you could possibly think of and I love that. It just connects to your phone via Bluetooth and will record your weight for you and your progress.

5 Stars - Excellent Digital Scale with Great Features This Renfro digital scale is amazing! It connects easily with an app over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and has beautiful colors. The scale is extremely accurate, showing only 2 pounds off from my doctor’s measurement. It tracks BMI, weight, fat percentage, bone mass, protein, and water levels, etc—though I’m not sure how accurate those measurements are. That said, it’s nice to see the data in a graph format. Great customer service. Reached out to them the same time I wrote this review and they responded on the app with a list of possible issues. I contacted them because I wasn't able to step on the scale without the app open and have my information synced to the app. It resolved it as long as I have my phone nearby and open the app when I weigh myself. I learned that at this time you need to have the app open prior to stepping on the scale. Otherwise it's not going to sync the information to the app. You will know it's working correctly because you will see it working on the app as you're stepping on the scale. The app is easy to use, with a lot of information. Instructions are included with the scale. I'm stunned that the scale does so much with quick response from customer service for any questions you may have, directly from the app, compared to other scales that are very expensive with many reviews of customer service not being receptive. The scale seems solidly made and does not tip as you step on and off it. The only reason I gave it four stars versus five is because I have to have my phone nearby and open the app prior to stepping on the scale. If they are able to resolve that issue in the near future, I would change it to five stars. I also purchased the measuring tape which I have synced with the app. I have not used the measuring tape as of this writing. I will come back and update the ease of use afterward. I got to this scale looking for connectivity with WHOOP and to my knowledge they are not compatible but I didn’t look much further than a few google searches. With that being said, this is my first scale so I don’t have much baseline but the scale is great to me. The app has a great layout and it’s easy to use , tracks weight trends, BMI, water, muscle mass, three types of facts. Not going to go back to my order so I can confirm this but I’m pretty sure it comes with batteries and is actually as simple as you download the app, probably create an account in the app and then it’s ready to go. Not sure how to rate this one really, I was looking for connectivity with the whoop and that doesn’t seem possible so I will likely buy a scale that is but if I didn’t care about the WHOOP connectivity I’d get it again ... show more

After multiple years of striving for better health and maintaining a healthful weight I decided upgrading my traditional digital scale for this smart scale was a necessity. I’ve been using it every day since purchase (8 days so far) and it has validated my hard work the past several years in giving me detailed stats most “dumb scales” lack. I like knowing that my weight is more or less influenced by other factors than how much fat I carry. I’ve seen slight normal bumps in those past 8 days in my weight due to varying habits. I’m no longer questioning slight fluctuations because this scale provides all the data. I like the ease of downloading the app and the set up. Nothing too fancy or convoluted for the average person. I highly recommend this as a good starter Smart Scale for anyone wanting to start or continue a healthful weight loss or body Re composition journey. I wish I’d invested in this sooner so I could have seen the stats for my own journey.
