I purchased the Eros scale specifically because it followed so many measurements - among them body fat %-age, fat-free body weight, subcutaneous fat %-age, skeletal muscle %-age, muscle mass weight, and bone mass weight. As I age I am increasingly concerned about the loss of muscle and bone mass, and this gives me an excellent way to monitor it without relying on infrequent medical tests and scans. This scale is very accurate and super user friendly! I had a full body scan done by an expensive machine with a professional analyzing the results two days before I received my scale. The set up for the scale was quick and easy and I was amazed at how accurate the first time results were! I'm excited to use this scale to help me really hit all my fitness goals!     • Great customer service but I prefer their INEVIFIT body fat scale and app over the EROS

I got their INEVIFIT scale with 8 measurements and Bluetooth app last week, but in response to email questions their rep suggested I may prefer this EROS model instead with 13 measurements. I ordered but after comparing am returning the EROS and keeping the other. The other scale is significantly smaller size and easier to line up my feet correctly, the EROS seems made for larger bodies/frames - I got a different weight 3 different times I stepped on it, trying it 3 minutes apart. And it was ranging from 2# to #7# higher than the other scale which I tried immediately afterwards each time. My only guess is maybe because EROS is wider there was a slight difference in how my feet were lining up on the sensors each time. The other scale also gave me same weight as at my Dr office (accounting for weight of clothes at the Dr., which yes I compared wearing same.) If you are seriously training and athletic you may prefer the EROS though for the additional measurements you get. Both scales are easy to use and set up with the Bluetooth apps. The customer service of this company is great, I got messages from a co-founder and corresponded back and forth, and also good response contacting their support with a question on understanding the measurements with links to guidelines. ... show more

    • Surprised at How Accurate this Is vs InBody. Great Scale!

My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the EROS Smart Scale. We wanted an at-home scale that could provide body fat, skeletal muscle, and similar bio markers like those provide by InBody and similar Bio scales. Since I just had an InBody scan a few days ago it was the perfect time to try to EROS and compare results. I have to say i was shocked at how much the EROS scale matched the InBody scan! Given that the EROS is < $100 and I had a scan from the top of the line InBody model only available at hospitals (which costs thousands of dollars) I couldn't have been happier. Now I have my whole family using the EROS scale and it's inspiring for all of us to be able to track ourselves on the APP. The APP is also easy to set up and use. 100% I recommend the EROS scale.
