This grille is the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased off Amazon. All the paint peeled off within two months. Then the thermometer broke. It is rusting already and the plates that hold the burners have broken off because the metal is so thin it cannot with stand the heat of the burners. Now as of today the burners barely work. I have contacted customer support numerous times and took a month to even answer me. Another month to say the will send a replacement. They printed the label for a replacement to be shipped over a month ago thru fed ex and still have not shipped. Now they will not even answer me about a replacement or when or if they will ever send the replacement. Don’t buy! This is a horrible product and not worth the money. Go to Lowe’s spend same amount and get a better grille. ... show more

I have never bothered to write a review of anything before, but this grill is so worthless, I just had to warn others. I actually had no issues with assembly, although the metal is about half the thickness of any other grill i have owned. However, even with all burners at maximum heat, it will not get to temperature. There is a 2" x 8" area in the very back of the grill that gets hot enough to cook (which also means removing the bun warmer tray to access it), but the rest of the grill is like leaving meat on the hood of your car in the sun. Thought I'd save myself a few bucks, but after 3 weeks, I'm wheeling it to the curb and buying a new grill. Lesson learned. ... show more

Love this grill, BUT mine didn’t come with instructions and there isn’t a YouTube video out there other than the one that is on this page on Amazon. Very basic but GETS THE JOB DONE. My steaks are delicious and this will be a grill in family for a long time

Box came ripped with missing hardware, panels were dented and had to stop assembly because the hardware bag wasn’t complete. Missing 14 m4x8 bolts

I had my doubts when it arrived in the box. It had to be put together , there were 27 different parts to screw together, But after numerous hours I've got a fabulous Gril, it lit on the first click. Love It..
