  • Great price . Works as intended
Size: 5 gallon
Bought this for work because people keep running out of gas. Used it maybe 10 times before the vent valve started leaking. Contacted the company and was promptly sent a replacement filler neck to replace the defective one. Great support.

  • safe Gas container
Size: 5 gallon
This container is good for holding your gas and won’t leak. It has a good twist and lock to prevent the top from coming off as well as another top for the end of the tube. Also has a button to press and make sure gas comes out when you want. Only thing I didn’t like was the ease of use. It can make it hard to pour into some stuff as you do have to press the button, hold the container and can be a bit clunky for some spaces. ... show more

  • The best safe and easy to use gas can on the market!
Size: 5 gallon
I really like the way the fuel saving, spill saving spout works to safely dispense gasoline! Unlike the type with a black push-in lock under the spout that always dumps way too much gas both into and onto my lawnmower, this allows me to dispense just the right amount easily and efficiently with no spillage. The only drawback is the way the tank is constructed. It is tall and narrow so the center of gravity is fairly high making it easier to tip when traveling with it. It should be of wider and lower profile with a hand detent built into the bottom for easy lift and pouring. That aside, it's an excellent replacement for the obnoxious unit that I had. I transferred the balance of that container to the new one and then evaporated it and now it's going to the dump. Capacity of the new one is 5 gallons and it holds that much safely without filling to the top. 4 stars solid. 5 if it were lower and wider around. ... show more

  • Easy to fill and dispense
Size: 5 gallon
Many people hate new gas cap nozzles, but this one is very easy to use. The only thing I thought was weird, was that the screw cap at the end of the nozzle is not attached. I tied a string to it, but it doesn't hold on very well.

  • Works better then others
Size: 5 gallon
For some reason I feel that all gas cans have this problem where you can't get the gas out because of the new regulation on the tips. This one seems to be better than most of the ones that I have tried. You hit the button and the gas comes out it's pretty simple. The only gripe I have is that when you release the buttons you expect the gas to stop flowing and it does but there's some gas left still in the tube. So a little bit of gas comes out you would think releasing the button would just stop all of the gas but it doesn't. If you're careful enough though and understand this then you won't have any problems at all. With all those other twist locks and special lock things they just seem to never work properly and this one has worked for me every single time. The button is a little hard to push but it works. ... show more

  • I purchased this gas can 2 and 1/2 years ago.
Size: 5 gallon
The gas can was a project to make it dispense gas but didn't leak or give off fumes. Bravo but using it 4 or 5 times a year for the last 2 plus years it leaked all over my garage all the seals failed I mean everyone. I must have owned 30 different gas cans over the years. This one I have to throw away its dangerous, shortest life span of all.Crappy Walmart cans lasted longer. My Two cents. I don't do reviews but here they say best safest should also say disposable. ... show more

  • As ordered
Size: 5 gallon
As advertised. Didn't use it yet, but appears to be a good product. If it doesn't leak as promised, I'll be very happy.

  • Buy this can if you enjoy getting frustrated
Size: 5 gallon
Whoever "designed" this item needs to be drawn and quartered for all the frustration it has caused me (and many others, judging by the sheer number of 1-star reviews here). It's so bad that it has to have been intentional. Nobody can accidentally mis-design something this badly. I mean I'd almost laugh if it hadn't have cost me $50 for two of 'em. There are severals issues here. #1, the nozzle and cap. There is an integrated button you have to push and hold while pouring. If you let go of the button, the gas stops flowing. It seems like it wants to snap in place, but it won't stay. And it's stiff and hard to keep down. That's what she said. Now, holding the button down is hard enough to do while the can is just sitting there on the ground, but if you're having to also hold 5 gal of liquid up in the air while holding the button, and trying to keep it all in place while the gas comes out (SLOWLY BTW - more on that below) - well, be prepared for some colorful words escaping your mouth. #2 is the physical design of the nozzle. On almost any car these days you will be using unleaded, which means a narrow nozzle, which means using the nozzle adapter, which means yet another seam where gas wants to drip out all over your hands, clothes and the floor. #3 is the the canister itself. It doesn't have an air hole to facilitate pouring, so unless you poke a hole in the can yourself, you are going to literally be holding that thing up in the air for 5 minutes, waiting for the **ridiculously slow pour rate** to complete. Hope you've been doing your weight training! And because of the inflexible nature of the nozzle and the awkward way it twists on/off, it is almost physically impossible to hold the can in such a way as to get the last 1/4 gallon of fuel out and into your tank. Overall, I am shocked that anyone here gives this thing 5 stars. I'm betting they've never tried to actually use it. I know I didn't try using mine until a year after I bought it, mostly because I wanted to use the gas before it went bad. I wish Amazon would highlight particularly terrible products like this with a big Caveat Emptor award. ... show more
