Purchased a second one. First time ordering and installing a bidet. The item was well packaged. Installation was straightforward with the included template and hardware. The remote was already paired to the toilet, is straightforward to understand and gives good control over the features. I specifically like the 1-2-3 LED light feedback for the various levels. It is super nice to have a heated toilet seat in the winter time in New England, when you try to be a bit careful with the thermostats & heating oil spend. We installed it in our master bathroom. After a few weeks, with everything going well, we ordered a second one for our guest bathroom. I can't speak to longevity as it has only been 3 months. Hopefully these units last for years. The only hiccup is the short electrical cord. Electricity in our bathrooms is like 6 - 8 feet away from the toilet ( & shower / bath tub ). The company did send an extension cord, as suggested in the installation notes; but that was only 2 feet long and still came up short. So, at some point this spring; we will have to have an outlet installed on the right sides of the toilet ( left being water, right being electrical ) to eliminate the extension cords. ... show more
