Love it! I was extremely skeptical of using a bidet. My husband’s colon rectal surgeon recommended one for him. After hours of research and reading many reviews we decided on this one. And how glad we did. My husband installed it in less than an hour (he did have to drill a small hole in our cabinet to get to the electrical outlet. Only downside). Love the remote controls. Many options to choose from. Water is warm and pressure can be regulated from a strong “power wash” down to a gentle “child use”. I especially love the heated toilet seat in the middle of a cold winter night. And a soft night light! Great product at a great price, sorry we didn’t get it sooner! ... show more

The toilet feels good quality and is a good value for the price with all components included including a nice remote that can be mounted. Setup took about ~20 minutes, 30 if that. The stream from the nozzle feels more focused or "better calibrated" per say than my other bidet, and the warm water setting is indeed warm. Helps with my dad and I who have bowel issues. My only complaint would be the remote that is included sometimes takes multiple presses for a push to register, and I'm not talking about the short delay for water. I have to push the pause or dry button a bit hard for the water to stop/switch. I've resorted to sort of spamming when I use it.
