It's a great pool nice size. You have to really make sure that your level is even we had to bring in some dirt and we're still a half inch off setting up was pretty easy. Just have to make sure it's leveled.

The pool is fairly easy to set up, but the pump does not work for the size pool, and the only way to know if it worked was to fill the pool. I tried to have the company send another pump or a partial credit to purchase another pump, but that is not an option. They agreed to a return of the entire product for a refund only, although the pool is already set up and filled. So basically, no resolution option for me since I won't take down the entire pool and empty it at this point. If you purchase be prepared to buy a better pump. ... show more

I love the pool. It’s worth the money, but the filter is a hot mess. It’s best to add a robot to clean the pool and allow the filter to work independently. We spent a lot of money to get this working properly.

We’ve had it up now for about 2 weeks, we did quickly upgrade the pump to a sand filter pump (the other one worked. But was a lot more maintenance required). We’ve had up to 12 people in the pool comfortably. We added foam insulation sheets to the bottom for extra protection and a little comfort. Would buy again! ... show more

Had problems with the company sending us only 1 box the missing box contained the frame went back and forth to find out that it was thier fault they never put a label on box 2 stating it was ours we wait 2 more weeks get the frame put the pool together only for it to rip the liner about half ways full cheap and terrible people to deal with never got any compensation from the whole headache to add to the whole mess if I were you pay for a better quality pool and avoid this one if possible. ... show more

Putting together was not bad. Fillingit was another story. They need to put in the instructions that the long sides will sag when filling, until the water gets high enough to hold them out. We tried to pull them out and a corner fell off. Then we had to let water out so we could push side bar over enough to get corner in again. Now that it's up it's great. ... show more
