I have tried a few protein bars that were not a hit for me because of the gritty texture and bad aftertaste, but this one is so good. *This* protein bar checks the boxes. The taste is great, no gritty chalky texture, and no weird aftertaste. My favorite flavor in order: Chocolate brownie Peanut butter chocolate Chocolate chip cookie dough Vanilla chai Banana chocolate chip Mint chocolate chip I do wish they listed what “natural ingredients” were used. “Natural Ingredients” is a blanket ingredient. I received these products in good condition, no melting. I tried every flavor and found that each one left a chalky/protein powder feeling in your mouth. In my personal opinion, the peanut butter chocolate was the best tasting. Followed by the chocolate brownie, and then the chocolate chip cookie dough. Mint chocolate chip would be my next choice, although the mintiness was very overpowering and not such a great flovor, but did help hide the chalk taste. Flavor Name: Vanilla Chai
At first, I was disappointed in the size of it. After taking a bite and chewing, I headed for the trash can to spit it out. It left a sandy, strange deposit on my teeth,gritty .I rinsed my mouth out several times before it was gone. Of course, it is a food product, so I can’t return it.
