Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Fudge
Not 2 gram carbs! I think I will take my notes to a lawyer for throwing me out of Ketosis and feeling depress! Such false advertising! I only ate one omg...glad I only spent 3 bucks! That’s prolly why it’s on sale! I’m ketone blood reading freak! Cuz I try different snacks! This one ain’t it! Blood ketone Started at 2.3 after bar “just one” was at 0.2 an hour later! Usual dinner eggs and cheese and this damn bar took my damn soul🙄 ... show more

  • Set your expectations somewhere in the middle...
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Lemon Tart
Based on other folks reviews I was excited to try these. I love lemon desserts. They did not live up to expectations. Specifically, the lemon taste. The lemon flavor they used is strikingly similar to a melted lemon starburst...not great. There was also a rice crispy texture in there that seemed out of place. Was expecting more of a cake texture. The bars themselves are also a tad on the small size for the cost. Would not buy again. ... show more

  • Calling it a lemon tart bar is over selling it
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Lemon Tart
It’s basically fine - like any other protein / diet bar at GNC. It’s sweeter than it is lemony, and firmer than it is soft. I would not buy these again, they aren’t that good but they are passable. If you are looking for something special that feels like a treat - this isn’t it.

  • Delicious New Find
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Strawberry Cheesecake
These are really good! The only thing is, one of the bars in my order looked all weird (pictured) when I opened it, but I'll definitely purchase these again. The flavors are well balanced and the perfect amount of sweetness. I can't wait to try the other new additions to the Atkins Endulge line!

  • These Bars have Real Flavor!
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Strawberry Cheesecake
I have been trying to watch my carb intake for some time, well since I was diagnosed as a Type II Diabetic two years ago. I have had a number of people comment on my weight loss and they ask about my diet. My answer is always the same, "if it taste good I cannot eat it. If it taste like cardboard I can eat it." My wife is always trying to find something I will enjoy eating, she purchased a box of the Atkins Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert Bars, YES! They are great. It is something that has flavor and I can eat it and still watch my carb intake. The only problem is they are small in size, but I can accept that to have anything that does not taste like cardboard. ... show more

  • So good you won't even realize it's low carb
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Fudge
These are so good. Chewy with bits of crunch... and the caramel layer is gooey deliciousness. I put them right next to all the Christmas cake and cookies my neighbors give me so I'm not tempted by the carbs.

  • Poor value and bad choice for Keto
Size: 5 Count (Pack of 1) Style: Fudge
Keto users, Avoid… at all cost. Both have been a faithful Keto aficionado for about five years now. Let me tell you, this is NOT it! I bought these bars to supplement my Keto diet and provide an alternative, keto friendly snack. In my opinion, this product is a rip off. First, the individual bars are actually only half the siz of the wrappers they come in. But the Adkins people have conveniently filled the rest of the sealed package with… just air. That’s right… squeeze the wrapped bar at the top, and it reveals that the actual bar is only about 60% or the size of the wrapper it comes in. I know, I know… they tell you the weight, so it should all be based upon that, right? Well then why not save on packaging costs and save the rest of the wrapper and box? It is obvious that they want to fool you into thinking you are getting a bar that is almost twice the size that it really is. Secondly, they taste like chewing on a bar of steel or copper. It’s the sucrose they use. If you are like us, we look for “healthier” alternatives than artificial sweeteners. Why not Stevia, Adkins people? People will tell you, “Oh, there isn’t any ‘double blind test’ done on Stevia.” Two questions, 1. Why Not? It’s certainly been around long enough for someone to have done this. (And) 2. Stevia has anecdotal testing results galor - given that it has been used for thousands of years in some cultures. The simple answer is that Stevia represents a threat to the sugar industry that they don’t want to have to compete against. Last point. People who like to take jabs at Keto diets always use the Adkins Diet as their whipping post. They site problems that happened when Adkins users had kidney problems from the high protein goals of an Adkins diet. Wel, the simple truth is Keto is NOT high protein… it’s high fat intake, instead. I know that may seem even worse to someone who has not done any research. I have found that high fat and low carbs, along with reasonable protein consumption has done me a world of good. BTW, my cholesterol levels for “bad cholesterol are GREAT, now. But the truth is that high protein intake has been shown to cause kidney problems in some people AND protein can be converted in our bodies into carbohydrates. The whole idea behind a Keto diet is to limit carbs, because the problems that usually can result in some people from excessive carbs in their diet are well known, diabetes, weight gain, heart problems, etc. A keto diet converts your body to run on ketones instead of glucose (which is what all carbs and some excess proteins produce in our bodies). I am only bringing this up based upon my own personal experience with this diet. But just know that elite armed forces teams often eat a keto diet instead of high carb diets and even high protein diets. Disclaimer: Do your own research and talk to your doctor before changing=ng your diet. (I will add that, many doctors will avoid a Keto diet, but I feel they do so without sufficient personal research. There are doctors who know a great deal about keto and who recommend it for anyone with diabetes, weight problems, and even some people with anxiety issues - I’m PTSD and I have diabetes. I went to Keto for the benefits I found from using it - after a ton of research and we found a great doctor who used to be in charge of an elite combat group in a particular branch of the U.S. armed forces who are a world famous, combat ready group.) Do your own research, find a doctor who knows keto, and make your own decisions. But don’t confuse Adkins with Keto, in my opinion. ... show more
