I just started taking them and it makes my urine bright yellow like neon yellow. I looked it up and that is caused by too much vitamin B that gets expelled in the urine. Instead of taking three I tried taking just one and that still made my urine bright yellow so I’m still getting too much vitamin B. My July 2023 order of ‘Carlyle Superfoods Multi with Probiotics, Fruits & Veggies 120 Coated Capsules’ arrived with intact consumer protection (plastic wrap around the lid and a seal under the lid) and an Expiration Date of April 2026. Each capsule measures 19mm long and 9mm wide. The label does not explicitly list where this product is manufactured; however, the Carlyle website states that all their manufacturing facilities are audited by the US FDA as well as independent third-party entities. While this product contains 120 capsules, the suggested daily serving is 3 capsules, meaning the bottle only contains 40 daily servings. This eats into the value calculation a bit compared to other standard multivitamin supplements available; however, many other multivitamins do not include probiotics or the fruit/veggie component. Something you don’t usually expect in a capsule supplement is an odor; this supplement does have a (to me faint) odor which reminds me a bit of fish - not surprising since the label does indicate “Contains fish”. Coated tablets for easy swallow but they are still on the big side and need to take 3 for the dose. Or maybe they just feel big. I dont feel nauseous with these, but it is borderline. I can tell I have taken a multi vitamin tablet. I think tablets just arent for me. I do better with capsules and softgels. Carlyle is a trusted brand for me though. I have used various supplements. I do like that this has a wide variety of nutrients. Really packs a lot. Just doubting it will be a reorder as I have other multis that I find easier to take. ... show more

I was not expecting the fishy scent of this product, but it's not a real problem that would deter me from using it. I like the concept of adding these nutritional benefits to my diet, and using these pills (3 per day) makes it a lot easier for someone with a mega-busy schedule and not always having time to prepare and eat a decent meal. Compared to a similar item being constantly advertised on TV, this is a real bargain and I'm happy to say that I will reorder when needed. As someone who doesn't eat much fruits or veggies these are great! I was taking vitamin b complex the. I started taking these and realized these have a lot of the b complex ingredients so I stopped the b complex and just continued to take these!
