The quality of the product I would say is pretty good, and I definitely did good good value for what I spent on this product. I will say it is stable, but some of the instructions were a little confusing and it took me about 20 extra minutes to figure out where I had gone wrong With screwing the scratching post into the hideout area but after careful examination and looking over the papers again I figured it out lol he has loved it ever since I brought it home and he loves to hide in it and play he gets so happy when he sees his cat tree because he knows There’s usually some treats in there waiting for him and guaranteed a quiet place for a nap ... show more

I purchased this for my ferrets and they love it! The only thing I see an issue with for the ferrets is there’s no way to get to the top because cats can jump and they can’t lol.. Otherwise they are obsessed with it and it’s pretty sturdy for 30$. I don’t regret this purchase at all. I’ll just have to build something for them to be able to climb to the top. My cat loves it too but the ferrets think it’s the best thing ever! They haven’t left it alone since I put it together. ... show more

I have 3 cats, a 2 year old and 2 kittens. This thing lasted MAYBE a month before a major part of it broke. I attempted to contact the seller and couldn't find any option, so now they are without one of the platforms to sleep in. Also the platforms are too big for the support structures and once the kittens grow into adult cats they probably won't be able to sleep in it which is unfortunate. I supervised my youngest daughter with this build. She was just as excited as the 2 cats to see this tower together. It was a very easy build, I just double checked the bolts for tightness. The quality is nice and quite sturdy for the size of it. Overall, our 2 siamese love sleeping on the top perches. I recommend this product for anyone who has the space for it.     • Not bad!… just kidding, it is kind of bad.
Overall this was a good buy. My cat loved it immediately, and it doesn’t take up much space. It was relatively easy to put together; took me about 45 minutes by myself, but only because getting the posts inside the two houses is always difficult, no matter the tree. My only gripes are that it does smell quite chemical-y for a few days, but that’s dissipated now, and a couple of the ladder leg pieces used a screw that was too short, so it wouldn’t take. I’m hoping that with the rings and other leg in place, it won’t cause an issue. Ultimately I’d recommend because for the quality you can’t beat the price. Edited 10.5.23 I rarely come back to reviews I left, but I had to in this case. This tree has been in use for about a week and a half and I’m already so concerned about the stability that I’m about to toss it. My cat weighs 7 lbs, so she’s not huge, and she’s not terribly rough and tumble on it aside from the occasional zoomies. However, this thing is so wobbly even anchored down that I’m scared to leave it up whenever I’m not home because I’m that worried it’s going to topple. It could be that I’ve just got a lemon product, but buyer be warned! ... show more
