This leaves your hair feeling so soft and with a nice shine. I had hoped this would help cover gray, but it does not, but it made my gray hair almost startlingly shiny. I have very long brown hair with lots of blonde highlights and this did a good job of adding a warm brown color and the color label is accurate for the different levels of color. After reading the reviews, I did find this much easier and more effective to apply and comb through completely dry hair, starting with the lightest hair first. I would definitely leave this product on at least 15 minutes, 25 if you are really looking to intensify the darkness. This is not a product that is going to harm your hair and I think would be most effective on someone without gray hair looking to add shine, a little color, and moisturize hair. I am ordering a second bottle. Definitely less expensive than getting a salon gloss. You do not have to wear gloves, but I did the 2nd time I used it. ... show more

The directions say to apply to washed "towel-dried" hair, as in hair that is still damp, but I recommend applying it to completely dry hair, because any amount of water will act as a barrier and prevent the toner from depositing color; I got this product initially in pearl and then in silver. I have highlighted shoulder-length blonde hair that gets really brassy/yellow when the toner washes out, so I was looking for a very ashy toner that I could easily apply at home. I tried the "pearl" color on my hair and left it on for up to 10 minutes, but it didn't tone my hair that much even after 4 separate attempts. I only faintly saw some ashy streaks when I looked closely at my hair, and overall it just remained grossly barbie-yellow. I tried the same process with "silver" and it barely made a difference. I then realized I should try applying the cream to completely DRY hair, and it seemed to work great (albeit I left it on for about 12-15 minutes). Even though the color is labeled as "silver", it doesn't look gray. It produced a nice ashy look on my blonde hair. So in a nutshell, I recommend, but you just have to make a few adjustments. So it definitely adds vibrance!! I got the copper color. My Hair is semi wet still but you tell it adds vibrance to my auburn hair color.

I love how soft my hair is after using this conditioner. I love that it doesn't have a strong or unpleasant smell. I do strongly recommend using gloves to apply this, which i did not, it does stain your hands and skin rather quickly. But i love that it turned out so bright even though my hair was already on the darker side but had been previously lightened some. It is kind of hard to tell that it changed when it's at our in the dark but it's beautiful and bright in the sunlight. It comes in an easy to use container with easy to read directions. It is best to have someone else apply it for you but it is manageable by yourself. I applied to dry hair and let set for about 20 minutes or so before rinsing, and will follow up with in shower from now on, just to keep its brightness. I will definitely use this again in the future. I can't wait to try the other colors. ... show more

I had high hope for this one but even I left it on for hour, back to before after3 washes. For the price, I don't think I will use it again... Delivered fast, smells great, EASY TO APPLY, #DEFINITELYWEARGLOVES!!!!! 🧤 Washed hair in shower, towel dried, applied in shower (with gloves) till hair was fully saturated & easily able to slick to my head & stay. Slipped on my robe 👘 & will chill now for 30/40 minutes before going back into the shower to rinse this off. As it’s deposit only I’m not worried about letting it sit a bit longer. I’ll be back with results once I’m done but so far, I’m in LOVE!!! Also, I’m a retired hairdresser 💇🏻♀️ & speak 🗣️ the truth!!!! #wishmeluck LOVE IT!!! I recently had my hair done and the highlights were blonder than I would have liked (my natural hair color is black/dark brown). I put this in for 10-20 mins the first time as directed and it corrected my problem in one wash! Blended in the highlights much better.
