This product is very easy to assemble, much easier than I expected, especially compared to other fitness equipment I've owned before, which usually takes hours to set up. The instructions are clear and simple, the bench is comfortable, and easy to adjust up and down. Suitable for hardwood floors, not too heavy, making it easy to move around in our small home gym.
