This adjustable weight bench set is exactly what I needed for my home gym. It includes the adjustable rack for bench and squats, and a comfortable padded weight bench with 2-inch dumbbell storage. Having the versatility to do flat bench, inclines and squats by simply taking away the bench is a bonus. Note, it will not do decline bench. As far as stability, the construction feels solid and has no problem handling heavier plates. The non-slip feet help keep everything in place during workouts. For the assembly, the instructions were clear, and I had everything assembled in about an hour. I would recommend getting your socket wrench set to speed things up. The compact design is space-efficient and works well for my area without taking up too much room. For the price, the quality and features are excellent. It meets all my workout needs so the value is there. Overall, this weight bench set is a great addition for my workout routines.     • Good but, "Squat rack" isn't near high enough.
the bench is great, assembley is easy, but the weight storage is terrible theres no point except to keep it from fallig over. I've been using it for the past couple months and i just keep the plates on the ground. Then theres the "squat rack" the product advertises a squat rack but i warn you, im 5' 10" and the bar on its highest setting it comes to the bottom of my rib cage, you can still squat, but to unrack it you have to squat significantly far down. ... show more

Each bag of screws/ nuts had numbered labels that didn’t match the numbers listed in the instructions manual. The pictures were not the best either. I had to do some guesswork during assembly. Otherwise, good product.

    • Bought as a replacement for a cheaper brand that was worthless...very happy
This bench seems sturdy, was pretty fast/easy to assemble, and looks good. However, the overwhelming reason to buy this brand might be the customer service. FedEx lost the first order for this bench, after spending almost 2 weeks messing around with the delivery (image that). Fostoy immediately responded when I told them it was apparently missing, and beyond that, they were actually consoling and said don't worry, they'd take care of it. And they did...immediately! I had the 2nd order in about 3-4 days. ... show more

I absolutely love this bench. It's a great addition to my home workout/gym and it's affordable. The bench itself is comfortable, I love the orange color, very sturdy and it doesn't not take up a lot of space. In addition, customer service is fantastic! One of the bolts to hold the rack at different heights was damaged upon arrival, and they sent out a new one that was in perfect condition and maintained contact with me. 10/10 would recommend! ... show more

Only desire would be higher stand for the squat rack. At 69 inches. I have to bend over to get under the bar before the lift. Awkward and reduces the weight of the lift for safety.
