good tent for one person or two if you are close, because you will be. needed a smaller tent (for solo camping) then what I had and this fit perfect, good head room, plenty of space for one and gear, really like the two doors, ventilates well, lightweight and compact, door zipper is a little funky otherwise perfect for me. easy to get in and out of (50 y.o. with a bad back) not to low. happy with it and the quality seems like it will last. update: on a recent trip went through two thunderstorms in 14 hours, (dumping rain) and tent stayed dry! water had pooled under the tent (tarp under it) but nothing came through the floor. very happy with that. 3/14/24 update: just went through three days of 25-35+ gusting winds and a 50+ mph sand storm and the tent stood up to it! Solid product. Used it on two overnight trips so far and the fabric seems more durable than I had expected, honestly. The seams are well made and it packs up easily. The tent stakes can struggle a bit with harder ground but as long as you take your time with a mallet they’ll get the job done just fine. It’s very well ventilated, but the downside there is that it doesn’t keep much heat in. Still easily worth the money. ... show more

Very thin tarp has pros and cons. Tent sleeve easily gets caught in zipper when opening closing door. Zipper not on both sides (inside and outside ) of tent so can make zipping closed a little cumbersome. I believe it is still worth the money

This is a choice tent for a day trip. I especially like the fact that it packs down to a size that takes up very little space and could be stored in the trunk of a car for any picnic outing or a fair-weather overnight trip. It is fairly lightweight but still heavier than some of the more expensive tents out there. Honestly, the value of this tent is in its construction and the ease of assembly. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a cold weather tent nor would I want to sleep in it for more than a night or two but it is indeed a comfortable and roomy tent. This is absolutely perfect for the kids in a backyard camping situation and because of the durable construction it can take some abuse. I wish it were just a few ounces lighter because for the price of this tent I think it could be an excellent multi-day tent. ... show more
