I have tried this for awhile now, hard to tell if doing any good although I do seem to have a little more energy. However the boost doesn't last very long. I mix the powder in hot water as it mixes better and also brings out more of the taste. So far I do not get the 30 days with using the full scoop. These taste good but they are chewy. I have a small throat so I chew one of these first. If I can tell I’m having trouble, I’ll take a drink or one of my other “meds” and this helps push it down. These taste really horrible to me, and I am seeing other reviewers say the same, they are really hard to swallow. I don't try to eat the whole thing at once, because when I go to swallow this stuff, it gets stuck at the back of my throat. Water doesn't seem to help either. I won't buy these again.

I bought these in addition to the powder. My husband uses them both. The flavor on these chews is really good. I was surprised at how soft they are as well. He will use these on the days he doesn't use the beat powder in a shake. Will purchase again
