It's always a little daunting selecting supplements online. It's hard to know who to trust. This is not my first Force Factor product because of how trustworthy they are. Being so upfront and honest about your manufacturing standards and ingredients goes a long way in building trust. I love this is made in the USA. That's a rare thing these days. As for this specific supplement, I can't speak for the efficacy so far, but if the claims are true and this works at all, I can trust Force Factor to deliver a quality version of it that will hold up to the claims. The capsules are on the large size but are easy to swallow. They don't have a strong scent or anything that "flavors" whatever else I have in my pill organizer. I've been familiar with Force Factor for several supplements and thought I'd give this a go. I, like many other people in my age-group are in that phase of our lives where we stand in front of a mirror when we shave, or get ready for work and realize we could stand to lose a couple pounds in the middle. Muffin-toppers, I'm looking at you. These capsules are slightly smaller and better tapered than most I'm familiar with. Paired with a few other supplements, and as a compliment to my new exercise program, I'm hoping for good results. No flavor or alarming side effects to report. I'd like to think that this in combination with a few habit changes are helping. I tend to bounce +/- about 8 pounds in either direction, and lately I noticed the fluctuation isn't as wildly swinging. Give them a shot and see if they work for you. I am introducing this CLA supplement into my supplement regimen for a few weeks. It is part of my summer workout plan. Directions state that 1 soft gel can be taken 3 x day. There are 90 soft gels in this bottle. There are claims that CLA can help with energy levels and a reduction of fat deposits. I'm game. Each soft gel is 1000g of CLA with the Conjugated Linoleic Acid derived from Safflower Seed Oil. Additionally, the bottle states that this is a no-stimulant formula. Like other products by Force Factor, this item has no sugar, it is non-GMO, and made in the USA. However, they do claim on the label that some ingredients may be derived from outside the USA and it does contain an FD&C Yellow#5 (not sure why needed as it is a food coloring and this is a health product. FD&C Yellow #5 can cause itching and possibly hives in some people. ... show more

These capsules , not soft gels as pictured, are east to take with no unpleasant taste or stomach upset, I decided to add these to my workout routine and they seem to help with appetite suppression and lowering body fat percentage. This product purports to be for weight loss and body building but I don’t know if the scientific evidence is there to support it. The softgel capsules themselves have no flavor and are easy to swallow. It is made from Safflower oil. As with all supplements each person needs to evaluate how they work on them as they can be different from person to person. I've been using Force Factor CLA for a while now and it is a great product. Easy to take with no strong odor or taste. I can tell a huge difference when I stop taking theses as my weight will go up and the pants fit a bit more snug.
