And I've only been taking it at half and glp-1 probiotic really work. I'm beyond impressed. GLP-1 only works if taken consistently. I take glp-1 activate in the afternoon/right around noon. In the morning I take two glp capsules. It has helped me be able to get to fasting from 8 and 16 to 12 and 12 and now I'm at 18 and 6. Really helpful. Tiny little capsule but wow. And like I said I only take two glp-1 capsules per day. It's just an extra push me off food. I don't have any shakiness or side effects, even taking it later in the day. I'm not sure what or how it's doing but glp-1 has kind of removed my obsessive thinking about food or my next meal. So be patient and consistent. I recommend it in the way afternoon and with something to keep your blood sugar stable in the morning if you struggle with that. Easy to swallow, safe ingredients, no sugar, doesn't have a taste. Only two small little glp1 capsules, and it packs a punch! Second time purchasing. I have not had any side effects from this glp-1 probiotic. This glp-1 probiotic truly works for me. I notice a difference that this glp push me off food and snack. As someone who works from home, I used to find myself mindlessly snacking throughout the day. I tried GLP-1 activate and was skeptical at first, but after a few days, I noticed a significant difference and was able to stick to healthy snacks instead. It's also neat that they give you glp-1 bottle which I keep in my pocket everyday. Best taken glp1 with water with a meal but I have taken glp-1 probiotic without food at any time because they don't have caffeine. These glp-1 definitely help suppress me off food and snack. Just in the first week I’ve noticed a huge change on me. I get full much faster and am not as hungry. I did notice that I didn’t feel uncomfortable. So I think this glp-1 didn't have any bad reactions. The capsules is tasteless and easy to swallow. I’ve still been able to workout as normal while taking these glp-1 activate. I often take glp1 after lunch.
