I wish the original flavor had more protein it was more palatable so I've switched to the new variety and I can't stand the flavor but you do what you got to do and I'm following the instructions of my oral surgeon and it helps stabilize blood sugar I've used it for years at Expos where I could hide it behind the display board and it helps keep blood sugar elevated for me but right now I have a purpose and again I just don't like the flavor of the new one but the old one has 10 less grams of protein ... show more

I lived off this for a week in the office and it really save me time during lunch. That said, this thing has about as much cal as a potato chip, so you really can't live off it for long. I mean if you want to lose weight its fine, but I can get a bigmac after work without care.
