I don’t like how I can’t know how much beet is in it vs the other ingredients it’s has 1050 mg of mixture ingredients including beets but there’s not specification. The only difference between it and the gummies is the gummies are a 15 days supply if you take four, while this is 30 days supply.

I have taken this brand a few times and really liked them. So when they went on Sale I bought 2 bottles...big mistake I took one pill that I dropped in my hand and I was sick to my stomach bad the next day. I wasn't sure what it was until I went to get my pills the next day and they crumbled in my hand and the smell when they crumbled hit me in the face!! I tried to get a refund through Amazon and it was not a refundable product so I called the manufacturer and even though it says they should be opened based on the voicemail hours, it says they are closed and hangs up without an option to leave a message. The number Amazon provided me is just a busy signal. So over $30 wasted and 2 bottles of rotten pills. I will Never buy these again!!! If you do buy these, take the pill out and see if you can crumble it with slight pressure if so don't take it trust me! I have had food poison that wasn't that bad 😳🤦🙅🙅🙅 ... show more
