Arrived earlier than expected & very well packaged - heavy duty box with plastic straps & styrofoam protection around the unit. Easy set-up, just raise the uprights & put in 4 bolts. 2 more bolts to hold the console in place & done. Folds up & moves easily. Comes with 2 small bottles of oil to lubricate the walking deck. Note the oil is triple sealed, plastic cap + foil lid + cardboard liner. Just when I thought I had it open I found another seal. App is good, connection set up was easy. The first couple uses I couldn't figure out why it wasn't syncing to the app so I messaged & received a very helpful response within a day. You need to leave the app open while using the treadmill & then it syncs no problem. The console mode option lets you select time, distance or calories for a workout but these only change in large increments (+/- 10 minutes at a time, 100 calories, or 1 mile at a time). However in the app, you can easily select "target run" to select a specific target for all 3 modes down to the minute (time), 0.25 mile (distance), 5 kcal (calories). Or you can just walk / run without mode option. Can also set up custom workout under customized scheme. Would be nice to see speed, distance, time all at once on console but it just constantly scrolls through these along with calories & pulse. However, this is not a big deal & when using the app it does show all these on the app screen. Fairly quiet, can easily watch tv without turning volume up too much. ... show more
