This is a wonderful device. So easy to remove from the packaging and set up. I am close to 80 and I did it by myself. A few screws and a cell phone or pad holder and you are set to go. Takes up very little room and virtually no noise. It has 12 program modes starting with Program 1. Each program is 30 minutes long and increases in speed as you progress. Also very easy to fold up and put away. My wife also used it daily. So easy and great exercise during inclement weather or really anytime. The price is very reasonable for such great quality. We are satisfied so far, small size as described if you have a small bedroom or room for it, 90% assembled it was easy to install. Handles are a little bit unstable or not firmed but workable enough very quiet too, very easy to use. Light weight and convenient.

I wasn't sure of the quality of this treadmill. It was easy to assemble, and doesn't take up alot of space. The only thing I wish was that they had sent a book with what the different programs do. it is a good product for the money.

This small treadmill was a great purchase, so I thought until it would not cooperate with me. I would set the speed to 3 mph and in 2 minutes it would slow down to .05 mph..I unplugged the treadmill hopefully to reset the memory. This treadmill looked nice in my living room, but it failed.
