My wife loves the scooter and it works great. However, I reached out to the seller multiple times asking if this is rated to allow it to go on an airplane and they never responded. So customer service sucks. I finally was able to confirm through the airline I use that the battery is too big to be allowed on a plane. I purchased this mobility scooter for my 80-year-old grandpa. We do like the folding feature so that we can take the scooter in his trunk. It is a bit too heavy for him to move it in and out himself though. The travel speed is good, much faster than other scooters he had used before. It's easy to control the scooter as well, and it runs smoothly on concrete floors, grass, over bumps, and uphill. He likes the big wheels which make it more comfortable. The ride is smooth and fun. :) The scooter holds its charger fairly well. Grandpa went out for a ride for 30 mins and only used 1 bar of battery. For the tires, the company told me that I only need to inflate it every 6 months so I haven't tried yet but it shouldn't be a problem. The big tires do help reduce the shock when driving on some bumpy pavements in Boston. Grandpa loves it! ... show more
